Hello; My wife and I visited your new kitchen in Mansfield off of Broad st. I can tell you that we were both disappointed. It... seems Pei Wei has gone the way of Panda Express. I would guess it is frozen fried chicken heated up and having sauce onit......I had theSpicy Korean with Chicken, and my wife had her favorite honey seared chicken with extra vegetables.......andit was very very bland except for being hotter than I remember. The vegetables were not fesh. My wife says her's was verydisappointed in the quality. We have not visited other stores but we are hoping we can still see the wok with the raging gasfire under it that produced what Pei Wei gave us before....fantastic Asian food, fresh, hot and tasty. As others have said, this location just feels cheap compared to others I've visited. If this is the direction Pei Wei is going... I'll likely stop visiting. Very much like Panda Express - generic fastfood atmosphere with a different menu. Cheap plasticdishes, cheap plastic forks. Food wasn't bad though, not amazing, but not bad. Read more

My first time at a Pei Wei location. If you're a dry noodle person, then just order from the noodle/lo mein section of the menu.... It's not worth it, without question, to order from the entree section then pay a $2 surcharge to substitute rice for noodles, just to have more options or the entree you prefer. Minus 2 stars. This place charged me $11 for an entree yet put a $5 worthserving of meat, at best. I feel cheated and ripped off. Minus 1 star. I can get a fried chicken breast at better prices. Theegg rolls with the sweet chili sauce are the only redeemable part of my order. Read more

Ordered lettuce wraps, shrimp & broccoli and the original Pei Wei shrimp entrée. Lettuce wrap meat was gross. Very greasy &... didn't look like chicken. The oil tasted very old & needed to be changed out. We upgraded to fried rice on both the shrimpentrées. Rice was not fried. It was steamed rice mixed with the sauce of the entrée. The shrimp entrées both tasted like allthe cook did was mix everything together. The shrimp & broccoli entrée was $15 with the upgrade of friend rice. They need anew cook & new manager at this location because this has not been my experience in past visits to other locations. Verydisappointed. The food was so greasy we went straight home to brush our teeth because of the gross greasy taste in our mouths. Read more

Woo-hoo Pei Wei is open in Mansfield! How disappointing it was to find the new business model, with modified menu, the horrible... decor and worst of all the food. We ordered our standards from the past; Pad Thai, Teriyaki Chicken and tried the new ThaiWonton soup and Coconut Curry Chicken, also the Thai donuts. Needless to say we took it to go. Well, first, the soup wasflavorless and cold, the Pad Thai was dry and very lack luster. The Teriyaki Chicken wasn't close to traditional Teriyaki, beingover sauced and to sweet. The Coconut Curry was just on the dry side and spicier than expected but probably the tastiest of thethree entrees. The "donuts" were definitely forgettable, at least for me. We received a free entrée for using the app. Which wewon't be using anytime soon. For $45 bucks, I think we will be eating at Li's Chinese Kitchen in Mansfield next time the urgefor Asian food hits again. Read more

We were the first official customers here on the first official day of them opening. The staff were amazing and offered us some... free appetizers and they honor law enforcement with a generous discount. The food was very good, fresh and hot. Go see them fora great meal. Read more
