Generally, visting a place that stays empty is a red flag. But I've never had an issue here. Great food, great customer service.... What can be a little off-putting is the fact that your food comes out in separate. If they take that away, would definitely be a5 star. Read more

This is my first time ever here and I'm glad I didn't take my whole family. Low rating online reviews a year ago seems like... they haven't improved as I would hope today since the owner responds to most reviews and is aware of the poor service. Therecent reviews made me think they did improve, but didn't. Normally my wife and I would go find new places to eat and if it'sgood, we'll be back with everyone. We went to dine in a few hours before closing and we were the only ones there, which isprobably the first clue. The lady seated us and took our order. The menu had several X out items, second clue. I ordered thespicy tonkatsu ramen and my wife ordered the spicy osaka miso ramen. The lady later brought all our food in plastic to gocontainers stack on our table from the appetizers to the noodle bowls. How is this dine in? The soup broth was also in aseparate container and not even hot. It was very weird to pour the broth into our noodle bowls ourselves like making our own. It is better to eat our microwaveable tonkatsu noodles bowls from Costco at home. The wakame salad was good and tasted likefrom Costco. The sashimi mini cup was ok and not fresh because it is also in a plastic to go bowl. I'm glad I didn't order 2other appetizers as I wanted. This is my first experience ever dining in and getting served with to go containers. I washoping this would be a very good place since it is closer to home. Read more

Delicious. Good service. Everything is served in Togo containers. Menus are taped to the front table. You order then sit. Too... many things looked good to try. Only thing is there was way too much sauce on the mini sashimi. I would've preferred non at all Read more

Great service, atmosphere, and SPECTACULAR food. The quality is worth every dollar. The ramen broth is out of this world. You... know it's good when you get that sticky film on your lips from the deep, rich broth. Highly recommended to anyone who lovesrich, savory food and service!!! Read more

So... Same as Ninja in Arlington? Well no. Was so excited to get all-you-can-eat in Mansfield but they don't have it. Boo. Spicy... tuna roll didn't come with wasabi... Go to sake hibachi off of Debbie lane if you want a non fast food feel. The food hadexcellent flavor for the bento boxes that we had the sushi was mushy and didn't stick together guess it wasn't quite readytheMiso soup didn't have any tofu or those little green onions floating in it but it still tasted good. Either way I think I'llstick with Ninja in Arlington Read more
