Went to this location to get a 8 piece legs & thigh 8.99 according to there menu price went though drive through told them what... I wanted they told me 18.99 for just the 8 pieces I asked again & she said 18.99 for just the chicken with a attitude , I toldher the the online menu shows 8.99 . She said again its 18.99 just for the chicken you want it? I said no ill go to church's &get 10 pieces for 11.99 with no attitude. I told her fix the online price & went to church's. Read more
I am handicapped which makes it difficult for me to get food unless I have access to a motorized cart, have curbside pickup, or... do drive thru services. I went to KFC at 1pm ( I dont remember which day now but I called it in to your customer complaint line)and entered the drive thru to order and was told that they couldn't take my order through the drive thru because they had allnew employees and had no one. They told me if I wanted to order food that I would have to come inside. I told them that was notpossible because I was handicapped but they insisted that I come in. So I left and went to Church's Chicken instead. Read more
They are always friendly at the drive through but a few times when I have gone inside the restaurant was kind of dirty and the... table I was at was sticky. The floor needed to be cleaned as well and the drink machine looked like it needed to be cleaned aswell. They make such great food and the drive through always seems so nice and kind of quick. I recommend the drive through butthen sometimes I have to question if they can't keep the front clean; what does that kitchen where their making our food looklike? Just a thought! Read more
This KFC is not worthy of this one star. I just left this location after watching and assisting a 75 year old lady receive her... order of 3 tenders and fries after 40 minutes! Wait for it...the manager finally appeared and stated that delivery orders werepriority over paying customers actually standing in the store!!! Unfathomable, Where did common sense and customer servicewonder off to!! This lady experience was completely unacceptable and the manager was unprofessional. I will never visit thislocation again. Definitely not a good experience. It started at the menu, when the woman kept talking over us and rushing us. When we got to the... window we asked the boy there to read us back our order, which was completely wrong. Once corrected we paid and got our drinks,they told us to pull around front. (We ordered two mac bowls and a mash bowl??) After 15 minutes I went in, along with anothercar that had been behind us and was waiting. We get in there and both tell them we have been waiting and needed a manager(because they were all just standing around). He says okay and goes behind the counter and tells a woman we want to see her andshe straight up says ?I?m not dealing with people today so tell them to leave?. At this point the gentleman who came in with me,says he will talk to her in the drive threw lane and he will see about how she feels when the line doesn?t move till she speaksto him and they get complaints over it. I would have done the same if I had the time. I ask for my food which apparently hadbeen done because he grabs two bags from the back. We notice there is missing fries and so we tell the manager who was workingthe fries and she just looks at us and takes her sweet time. We then get home after being annoyed over the interaction to findout our bowls were all completely wrong. We will never go back to this KFC and will be calling to complain since the managerthere did not seem to care. Read more
11 August for lunch. Ordered 3 piece lunch box. Chicken pieces, biscuit, and mash /brown gravy were hot (Excellent). Cons:... regular drink looks like from kids meal and no sign on the door for not allowing dine-in. Read more
This place is shady. I read all these reviews and people said the place didn't put enough chicken on their big bucket to go... order and I thought to my self "that wouldn't happen to my combo order". Guess what. Not only didn't they gave the 3 piecegrilled chicken I ordered online, they subbed with only 2 pieces original.
