Terrible customer service . They always have attitudes. Drive thru lady today yelled at me and was cussing . 2 weeks ago I went... in and the girl cooking was throwing stuff and saying how much she hated her job and that she?s gonna walk out right then andthere. There were children in there, and she was cussing. This place is super unprofessional, and it makes me sad because Iloved Tim Hortons and it?s the only Tim Hortons in my area. This location should be shut down especially since they?re out ofeggs every morning especially hashbrowns when they?re just too lazy to cook it. I even tried to call corporate, and all they didwas hang up before I can even get someone. Even when you do order food it?s frozen don?t waste your money on this place. Read more

Meh - not a great experience. Drive-Thru person was very short and wasn't listening or something when I was ordering. Had to... correct her multiple times and then they still got the order wrong at the pick up window. Got attitude when I said a few sideswere missing. Read more
Bought two vanilla sweet cream cold brews with only cream and no coffee! Asked the employee to add more coffee and she refused.... She was extremely rude and told me this wasn?t Starbucks!! I will never go there again! Read more
Horrible food prepping, called manager today, she sounded like she was miserable and didnt care at all that my food was ill... prepared and ill handled, just check out this yummy grilled cheese panini (NOT) Ive never been very impressed with this TimHortons but after tonight, Ill never order there again! The ladies at Tim Hortons make it a 5 star place to be. They even acknowledged my birthday ????. Love their French Vanilla... Cappuccino and Glazed Donuts. Minus 1 star for not having ranch dressing anymore. In conclusion, I go here with awesome customerservice in return. P.S. it helps to have a good attitude at the drive through window. Ordered a pumpkin cold coffee triple triple, and it was white, went around and said I think there?s no coffee can we have a... double double instead, we pulled to the window and he tried charging me for another coffee, I showed him the triple triple andit looked identical to the double double, he said you still have to pay for the new one, and we made it exactly the way we?resupposed too.
