My wife is allergic to onion and every time I go in for a pickup or online order it?s always wrong
I have enjoyed this places hot buttered cheese steak for about 15 years,guess they don't care about having a good staff anymore... I was in there 9/17/22 and ordered a 7" hot buttered cheese steak combo with doublemeat and cheese,the meat was cold like itliterally never touched the grill,only thing hot was the sautéed veggies and fries,if you enjoy paying high prices for raw meatand sitting on the toilet all day this place is perfect!!!and when I addressed the situation with manager they didn't seemremorseful or care at all!! I really really like Mr. Hero and a good Roman burger! This location was just okay.
Is there anything better than a Roman Burger and waffle fries for lunch? Not much, in my opinion! This 1970s fast food flashback... is awesome for the simple fact that there are a variety unique sandwiches you don't see every day. Always hot and fresh withvery fast, efficient service, the owner runs a tight ship, making for dependable experience. Read more
I made my first visit on 1-21-22. TERRIBLE experience. 5 people ahead of me and4 after me. All of them got their food and left... and I was still waiting. I asked for my money back and the girl giggled and said she couldn't do that.36 minutes after I orderedI got my 2 sandwiches. They was not that good. Went in on Friday, 1/14/21. Order 54.00 in food. I was shorted 2 orders of fries. Tried calling, the phone was picked up and... set on counter. No answer. Called back and received busy signal. Called on 1/15/22 and explained I was shorted 2 fries. Thelady that answered the phone said they were very busy Friday, took my name and told me a manager would call me back. I askedher if she wanted my phone number and she said yes. She said that the manager would have to make a decision. No apology. I stillhaven't received a call back. I do understand they were Busy and probably short staffed however very poor customer service andno return call to make it right. Read more
We absolutley love this place. Gets a little expensive anymore and for some reason they fail to honor our request to put the... sandwich innards on waffle fries per hour gluten free request. But none the less, our kids love eating here. Read more
