Went through the drive thru which took about 1/2 hour at 7pm. The chicken was nice and crispy and was good after the long wait.
Fries were old and soggy, barely anything in the famous bowl or Mac and cheese bowl. All pop corn chicken was absolutely... old. Disgusting. Will never visit this location again. KFC on Lexington Ave near Johnny Appleseed Shopping Center Today, the Mgr took my order then put some one else behind the... counter. I picked up my order, then after sitting down, I realized that it was incomplete. I asked for then missing 3-piecetenders I ordered/paid for and employee said still waiting, so we began to eat our (2) 6-piece dinners. We finished our meal,then again I asked for the missing 3-piece tenders and now the Mgr said that I already got them and she wasn't "fixing this",like I was trying to get over and get free food. After explaining that this wasn't true and showed her my tray and my receipt,the Mgr became rude and said she was going to call the cops. I said go ahead because I was clearly in the right. Then the Mgrwent in her office and hid so she wouldn't have to address this issue. She refuse to correct my order for food that was missing,refused to talk to me, and refused to give me a refund. Went there to get dinner with my bf with my dog in the car & Melissa was such a sweetheart & even gave my dog a complimentary... little chicken strip with a biscuit as we got our food. Thank you, the food was delicious, hot & fresh. Best KFC around the area& not a long drive thru wait time at all! Read more
I would avoid going to the KFC on Lexington Ave. in Mansfield soon after opening for atleast an hour or two. I've been there... shortly after they open on three occasions within the past ten days. They are serving the chicken from the night before... It isso tough & rubbery you can't eat it. I've had to throw it way each time. It is DEFINITELY NOT fresh & you can tell... How sadthey are so lazy & serving left over chicken the next day..... The biscuits are so hard & old yu can't eat them either. Themanagement at this location is horrible & rude. Read more
I came to this location on 4/27 Ordered an 8 piece chicken meal It was disgusting the chicken had to of been hot held for at... least half of the day. It was dry, awful flavor and the breading was even nasty. My biscuits were so hard I could hardly breakthem apart. The manager I spoke to (if you can even call her that she had to get approval from someone to replace my order sonot confident she was even a manger) was rude. I overheard her telling a coworker I was lying when being asked to bring back thefood and my receipt. I understand asking someone to do this as a lot of people try to get free food but this was not the case.You know you were serving old nasty food and continued to do it anyway. Being a general manager myself, I would never allow thatfood out of my establishment. Retrain your managers on customer service and their hold times. If my children or I get sick fromthis I will be contacting the health department. I use to visit this location often but now hardly ever because 9/10 the food isnasty. Read more
