Waited 25 minutes from when I put my order in at the register- watched the drive through cycle through 2+ times while I waited... -- make sure you use the drive through otherwise you will end up waiting too long Read more

This is one of the worst Starbucks stores in the area. If you order the same thing every time, it will taste different every... time. Nobody seems to know how to make sweet cold foam sweet and somehow all of the cold brew tastes burnt with bitterness. Ifyou wanted a sweet drink, find a different store. Or go to the Aroma Joe's in Norton. Read more

I think they mean well but this location can't handle drive-thru, in-store, and mobile all at once during peak morning times.... My orders have been taking close to 30 minutes from order placement to when it is placed on the counter for pickup.There's beena couple times that the time was pushing 40 mins so I had to gently remind them, check status. If it happened once oroccasionally on super busy days then that is one thing, but timeliness seems like a consistent challenge that they can't seem toadequately address. Location could probably benefit from stronger management and procedures. Read more

Extremely poor service when it comes to mobile ordering. Stay away if you can. Three orders this week - all being iced coffee w/... a shot in it, so nothing fancy. Estimated pickup time was 7-10 minutes for each, but ended up being 38 minutes for one, 31minutes for the second and 27 minutes for the third. Now the third one really irritated me because it was ready in under 20, butthey put it on the metal side tray, which is where I believe where they consolidate items when you order more than one item. Isaw it there sitting all alone so spoke up. Sure enough it was mine. "Oh, I don't know why they didn't put it out," she says. Read more

Do not go here. This is one of the slowest, worst run coffee shops i've ever seen. Today (10/15/22) we ordered two coffees on... the app for pickup, and they were over 20 minutes late after the projected time, taking a total of well over 30 minutes for twocoffees. Read more

Awesome staff who make the mornings a little bit easier. Really nice atmosphere to get work done remotely. Next to other shops... and a hotel incase you are on business travels. Coffee was made to perfection as well. Read more

The employees are kind and work super hard, but they cannot handle the drive-thru, in-store, and mobile orders. The drive-thru... is packed, so that is where they direct all of their attention. The fact that I ordered at 6:57 and was waiting until 7:38 isinsane. I would have been waiting longer if I had not left! The store was packed. I sympathize with the baristas who are workingso hard, but something needs to be done. Whether you hire more people or assign half of the baristas to in-store/mobile and halfto the drive-thru.
