The food itself was good but it took well over an hour to get the entire table served at a non peak time (1pm). I also... understand we were a bigger group of 14 people but they neglected to mention the 18% gratuity when I first reserved. Normally Iwouldn't mind paying this but given the long time we waited with a toddler and a baby and that this gratuity was never mentioneduntil we received our bills, I did not think it right to force us to tip 18% for subpar service. We love coming here when we're in the neighbourhood. This was our first visit since having a baby and the staff was SO kind and... accommodating. The bartender who greeted us got us seated in a great spot for our little one and he was super friendly andwicked fast despite handling the whole bar counter. A server later took over and she was an absolute delight as well. All of thecustomers and staff were saying kind things about our baby and it sure made this new mom feel good! The Mill Tavern is an absolute gem, and I cannot say enough about how much we love it here. We hosted our wedding here this past... weekend and it was incredible. The staff were friendly, fun and attentive, and the space was perfect. I could not have asked fora better experience. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Read more
Under construction but open. Outside they have a cute little patio and inside has a great old-timey tavern feel. Best fish and... chips I have ever had. Fantastic beer selection. All for a very reasonable price. Will be back. Read more

Updated: August 25, 2022 This pub is in the process of being renovated. It looks like there have been updates inside, including... a larger bar. Outside front/side patio is being redone. Quality of food has improved as well. Service was great. Read more
Great atmosphere and service. I've been twice now with the family, both times on wing night. We have had wings and other... entrées (fish tacos, Buffalo chicken wrap, poutine) and were pleased with all of it. The Monday night wing deal is great. Onething we were unimpressed with was the calamari. We ordered it, and it was $17, and the order only came with 10 pieces ofcalamari. They were pretty decent sized pieces and delicious, but definitely not worth $17. Can't complain about anything elsethough Read more
We watched England beat Senegal in the World Cup here, a comfortable pub for the event. Plenty of good beers on tap plus all... the other libations you'd expect in a pub. We enjoyed some chips and poutine as well, can't drink on an empty stomach. Thestaff and the clientele we're friendly and welcoming. Just right! Read more
