The staff at this Subway location were very friendly and courteous. The level of customer service received was exceptional. ... The restaurant appeared clean and one of the staff members was sweeping the floor as we entered and welcomed us to therestaurant. That, along with the the two smiling and courteous counter staff members, left us with a very positive impression ofthe staff and a pleasant overall experience. Read more
I bought a foot long and a six inch sub and when I got home the paper that the subs were on had dried coffee stains on it. This... tells me that the employee had a personal beverage on the clean side of the counter and had the coffee, probably with theirsaliva, drip onto the paper that they prepared my food on. I did not eat the food and contacted Subway. My response was verymechanical and probably copied from a generic response. They didn?t seem to care that I spent $30 on subs that I didn?t eat orthat their employees are dirty people. I?m not eating there again. Read more
I order kids subs for my daughter all the time at subway and pay under $3 each? this subway owner charged me same as 12? sub for... kids 8? kids sub? that coupled with counter being dirty I can?t recommend this place. Read more
The variety of products almost zero. 6 variation of the sandwich. Not interested in hamburgers and wraps, there are other shops... for these. Rude personel. The quantity of meat and the addition much lower than what should have been. I woul avoid this Subway. Read more
I ordered a twelve inch tuna sub on honey oat bread today. The bread only had a couple of specs of oats on it. I mentioned this... to the employee that was making my sandwich, but he told me this is the way it comes. I know for a fact that this is a falsestatement, because it's not the first time I buy it from other subways. As the employee was scooping out the tuna he was onlyusing 3/4 of a scoop rather than a full scoop. I asked him to add another scoop in order to compensate for the missing tuna, buthe became extremely rude and started to get rough with my sandwich. He started throwing around the vegetables and didn't careabout the presentation of the sandwich. I rate this restaurant one out of five because of the lack of customer care and respect.It was my worst subway experience of my life, and I will never return back to this store! Read more
They barely put two scoops of meat on a 12 inch sub. He had to spread it pretty thin to make it cover the whole sandwich. May... as well have ordered a veggie sub instead. Not going back there any time soon. Read more
