Every time I come to this location they take for ever or they are closed. The staff is always rude and for some reason they... always ask you to give them a minute like they don?t know how to multi task. I just stop at this location arrive at 10:26am theorder taker ask me for a moment she welcomes me to Wendy?s at 10:32 I ask her for a #5 breakfast she tells me that they areserving lunch and the breakfast menu is still out. At drive-thru window, I was missing an item in my order which I was willing to overlook until I also realized I had a soft drink... with absolutely no ice and was room temperature. This was immediately after picking it up. Everyone has an off day, so I calledthe restaurant and got a voice message that said we are unavailable, call back. That's a simple way to take care of yourcustomer service problems. Don't hear them. Some things are worth trying to resolve, some aren't worth your time. Skip this one,and find another Wendy's.
