I?ve been ordering from this business quite often for as long as I can remember, never an issue they would not resolve. Today,... not so. I paid for chicken carbonara. My husband was halfway thru his meal when he told me I thought you ordered wrong becausethis has no chicken. I called and I asked them to replace it, they said they can?t unless I give back the order. At this pointmy husband was just about done with it because hello, he was hungry. They offered to top it off with the chicken if I broughtit back today! All I want is a new chicken carbonara! Make it right. Read more
Yummy! Burned pepperoni pizza with no cheese? We just ordered online and got home to discover this burned pepperoni pizza with... absolutely no cheese on it. When we call the store we were told that ?since it was an online order, there are no returns, norefunds, no remakes.? Wow, what kinda service is that. Very disappointing. The chicken and bacon baked dish was tasty, but a bit overcooked. The pizza was completely unremarkable, nearly tasteless.
Unfortunately the worse experience. Some drivers are GREAT but the lack of direction from management us poor! We order on weekly... basis tip before delivery. Our address is on the pizza profile it's now 6/7 times since management "or so call management"updated to show our apartment number "NEVER" every time we get a call from driver that the apartment was not listed if we catchthe call great other drivers we will only be 3 min and take away. I order from the Manor location all the time. I've had my order messed up a few times. But, the supervisor did make up for... it. I just wish the pizzas weren't so dry and limited with ingredients. My son loves his banana peppers. His pizzas have liketwo peppers on each slice. Sometimes one lol. Same with mushrooms. Read more
After order was double checked it was still 20 minutes before it went out for delivery. Food that was supposed to be hot was not... and they forgot the salad all together. By the time I realized my complete order was not here the driver had left. When I calledto let them know I was missing items they gave me a hard time. I did not accept offer to receive missing item next time becausethere will not be a next time, this was the last screw up I will be tolerating from this establishment. When I arrived at the parking lot, it was mostly filled. There was one spot open. However, one of your delivery people parked... over the line so it was next to impossible to get in. To make matters worse, they were taking up a handicap spot. I have apicture of it if you want it. Next, I go inside where I am told that you are doing only drive thru service. Fair enough. I drivearound, and am told by the guy in the drive thru that your pizzas are not ready. Go park in the parking lot and I will beingthem to you. What? why didnt the guy taking phone orders just tell me to wait and save me the trouble of going to the drivethru. Next I park again. I can see through the window that my order is top on the list and ready...green check mark. I wait 5minutes. No one brings it to me. While I am waiting a carhop from Sonic next door walks in and sets a large drink and a sack onthe counter. She then stands around and a minute later walks out with 2 pizzas. No money ever changed hands. Were these bothcredit orders and just happened to be done at the same time? sure looks like a quid pro quo on company time to me. The girl gotthe better deal from the looks of the sonic order. Anyway, at that point I get out of my car and put my head in through thedoor. I tell the people there that they may be drive through only, but if Sonic Girl can get her pizzas I can get mine. Theythen bring them to me. I had ordered 2 garlic sauces. Couldnt count...had to go back and get another one. To top it off, I amsupposed to be in the drive through. Everyone in your store has masks around their neck, but no one is actually wearing themaround their mouth and nose. (forgot to get pic of that). Is that your policy during these times? They are nice, friendly and quick! Love the think crust, but sometimes the pizza may be over-cooked to the point of being burnt.
