Worst fast food experience in a long time. Waited 30 minutes and got the wrong sandwich. Rude staff. Food was ok though.
Our first time visiting Popeyes and was so excited. The staff was friendly but service was slow, they actually could not find... our order. The chicken had good flavor but was over cooked. The drink selection was limited and not all were working.. I willtry it again, every chicken has a rough day. Read more

The customer service was horrible!!!! I wish I could rate this store a zero. As much as I love Popeyes, I would never visit this... location AGAIN!!!! Even the manager had poor customer service. Customers waiting on food and everyone behind the counter wasplaying around, gave out wrong food. I specifically asked for what I wanted and asked the cashier to check to make sure it wasavailable. When my order was called the manager told me, oh well we don?t have it. Then when I asked for a refund, she was rudeand told the cashier to hurry up so I could leave. Read more
