Decided to treat my family to pizza today. This Pizza Hut was amazing, the staff was friendly and courtesy, they patiently... answered all of our questions. They informed us that our order would be ready in 15 minutes and we waited in our car. The manthat took our order brought our pizza out to us when we had forgotten the time. Disgusting customer service! Who spits on someone?s box of pizza because they have to take a flight of stairs? That is... unprofessional and disgusting!! The rude behavior of the employee was unnecessary. Wasn?t even concerned but rather make anexcuse for the driver saying it must be because you live on the third floor. Worst delivery ever! Ordered 8 wing & fries. Received 4 cold wings & those fries,didn't have a chance. But the Manager on duty... was Awesome! Although I had to drive up there. He made it worth coming out . He made good on his promises and gave me an awesomedeal! I suggest everyone order and just pick up their food here. I usually order online, but i decided to just call today to order wings AND LET ME TELL YOU! That was the most professional... phone call I've ever had with anyone taking my order over the phone. Terrible pizza and service. Every. Single. Time. No, the chicken and sausage was not a thin crust. It's a hand-tossed crust... that didn't rise. Tough as shoe leather, virtually inedible. (Photos are after everyone had already been served up. Most didn'tactually get eaten.) The pepperoni and sausage pizza's crust was better, but the topping distribution was terrible. This picisn't even the worst of them. It's like whoever made it didn't know you're not supposed to just pile everything in the centerbut actually spread it out. Neither had the extra sauce we ordered. They ignore that part of the order _every time_ we make themistake of giving them another chance. Sent a message to Pizza Hut customer service and haven't heard a word since (aside fromthe email saying they'd forward it to the store). Absolutely pathetic. Read more
My Husband and I ordered delivery from here tonight. The pizza and wings were great but, the ordering process was a total sh**... show! I spoke to 3 different people and got cut off in the middle of my order twice before I finally got to complete my order!There's got to be a better way to do this! Read more
