Caribou is typically my favorite of the franchise coffee shops, but the Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese is an absolute banger. That... combined with the store doesn't try forcing tips on you with the card reader, and instead has the tip bucket, makes this a hardto beat location. Read more

I have never had any issues with orders until this week. First was a mobile order that very clearly was two vanilla frosted... donuts with sprinkles. I received two vanilla frosted donuts WITHOUT sprinkles. Second was an order placed in the drive-thru. Iordered my usual two vanilla frosted donuts with sprinkles and a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles for a co-worker. BeforeI drove off, I quickly peeked in the bag to see if my donuts had sprinkles (and they did). When I got to work and went todeliver the chocolate donut to my co-worker, it was absent from my bag. I called and was offered the choice of stopping back into get the donut or having it credited back on my card. Either way I am going to have to make a special trip back to the store.Taking this as a sign from the universe to take a break from grabbing breakfast on the run! Read more
If you're going to continually have ingredients not on hand or in stock you should probably do a good job of explaining that to... your customers when they pull up to the drive-thru and or have it posted somewhere because you clearly don't. Also for theindividual speaking over the drive-thru microphone please don't treat me like I'm an employee and I know everything about themenu because I don't work at your company if I have a question don't just immediately sigh and be put off and annoyed by acustomer asking you something. I Come to dunkin every Friday for donuts and coffee for a child and my office. Every Friday in last 2 months between Madison and... riverfront has majorly screwed up. Specially when you pay for extra details and then it's never, never done. It gets frustratingor a donut or sandwich missed for a little kid on a Friday morning. Definitely a hit or miss. I love Dunkin products, but the customer service could use some help. There is a small handful of... employees that are very kind and helpful! However, I tend to have a lot of issues getting my order when those 2 people aren?tthere. I?m epileptic and I walk to the store on a regular basis. I am also a boosted rewards member, but based on how they treatme it doesn?t show! I have been told very rudely by their staff to call them to pickup at the side door. Today, I called them 5times and was sent to the automated ?this number has not set up a voicemail box? immediately. This was over the span of 30minutes, so I doubt there wasn?t a second to answer. The manager has also told me I can just knock on the side door and theywill bring it out considering most people there recognize me or know me by name. I knocked multiple times, no answer. I couldsee people through the window that were standing by that door and could have easily assisted me. Usually on days where I get myorder THIS delayed, I can see my order sitting in the window melting because I always order ahead for THEIR convenience. Theemployees will stare at me standing there while letting up to 10 cars pass, and then get mad at me for inconveniencing themcause I didn?t notify them when I definitely did. I?m sorry my disability is an inconvenience to you for 5 seconds, try alifetime. You are within 5 blocks of a large disability living facility and multiple human services buildings, and this is howyou are prepared to treat them?
