Been here twice now months apart. Never had any issues I just go there and order from what they have. The employees were task,... we were greeted as soon as they finished with the person before us. We were encouraged to sample flavors. Read more

Placed an order online because the last couple times, they didn't have any prepackaged ice cream we were looking for, and when... we ordered instore in the past the different team members we worked with gave us attitude. Placed the order at 5:45 for pick upat 6:15. Went to pick up and they didn't have the order ready. We were instructed to move to the second window where a teammember asked us what kind of ice cream we even ordered. I have worked in the food service before. I know it can get busy andwait times can happen. But we ordered online and they didn't even know what we ordered to begin with. No idea why this place is getting slammed with negative reviews. They?re quick to get you your order and the ice cream quality... is pretty high. I see a lot of comparison to cedar crest but fail to realize that the ingredients are better quality especiallywhen you compare the sweetner used (Sugar vs High Fructose Corn Syrup). Add to the extensive list of sorbets and Baskin Robbinsis a lead choice for vegans/vegetarians. This location is doing surprisingly well with the recent labor shortage impactingseveral industries. Went through the drive thru a few times. They never have the flavors posted so each time they wouldn't have what was listed on... the website. The last time they said we could come in to pick a flavor. We went in and were not greeted at all. We stood therefor a few minutes while 4 employees were talking to each other as there were no other customers in the store. After a fewminutes of being ignored we left and will never go back. Nothing special at all. We purchased 3 waffle cones with one scoop each for a total over $12. By the time you eat the cone down... enough to get to your one scoop of ice cream it's starting to melt so you have to hurry so you don't have a mess and can't evenenjoy it. Stopped in manitowoc location this past Saturday around 445 pm. Terrible atmosphere for the employees due to manager on hand.... This young woman, probably early twenties was unfriendly toward the customers as well as her employees. It's no wonderrestaurants are short staffed when managers like this are in charge. The entire establishment had bad vibes due to this woman'snegative attitude. Was very relieved to get my order and get out of there.
