Great food and top notch service. We were greeted and seated immediately as we entered the restaurant. Our server went over the... menu with us as he threw out recommendations and joked around with us. He even took out straw trash right away so we didn't haveto deal with it. The fries are amazing and seasoned well. I highly recommend asking to have a fried egg added to your burger. Itreally brought everything together. The staff is all friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. We will definitely be coming backagain. Read more
The location by where I live closed recently. I'm very sad. I absolutely loved it. We made a trip to Manitou to get this... deliciousness. Love the fried mushrooms and pickles! I wanted something different, so I got the catfish sandwich. The catfish isphenomenal. They need a catfish dinner with fries and coleslaw. I'd totally buy that. As usual, the burgers and fries were freshand delicious. Good beer selection as well. We'll be going to Manitou more often! Read more
I wish I could give a 4.5, only a slight disappointment with the truffle fries and sweet potato fries, they were not crunchy at... all. The burgers were phenomenal and the cannon balls are a must for an appetizer! Also loved that the waters and iced teas camein huge cups so you didn?t have to keep asking for refills :) Service was also great. Read more
Came on a Tuesday evening and it was not busy. First time going in. Ordered a Combo appetizer of Cannon balls, mozzarella sticks... & fried pickles. It was more than enough for two people and tasted excellent. The mozzarella sticks were great!! The Asianshrimp appetizer is spicy!! I like a light spice & my husband loves hot but he wouldn't even eat these, they are VERY spicy!!The appetizer chili cheese fries are amazing!! Well worth the price, you get a large plate full. If you haven't tried the hatchgreen chillies on fries OMG you need too!!! Especially in this Area. The Wyoming Buffalo Bill burger was pretty good. It's largeon a hard square bun. I give it a 7/10. The only thing we didn't care for was the Mac n cheese. The cups are huge for beveragesand the service is quick and friendly. We had a great time! Lots of room, tables and TV's. This is my first time here in it's absolutely wonderful the atmosphere is really nice the waiter is very friendly and lots of... room they have a nice outdoor patio{dogs allowed on patio} and they have a great variety of different burgers and some sidesthat are just wonderful. I got the Wyoming Buffalo Burger with Truffle Fries and and the Cannonball appetizer {potatoes andonions and bacon all put into a ball and fried}. The price range is a little more than average but for what you get this amazingamount of food the presentation of the food is absolutely wonderful the condiments the like the ketchup and mayonnaise andmustard is actually in a dispenser at the table so you don't have to have them handle that for you in the back. Overall is anabsolutely wonderful place. And a nice little extra plus for me is they carry Pepsi products and a good soda it's calledStubborn it's like a natural soda I got the black cherry tarragon that has a really nice flavor. Read more
Several visits and it still is quite good and tasty. We had the Nawlins Blue Burger and the Border Burger, they were both... fantastic but the fries were a little over cooked. Service was good but we did lose our hostess upon trying to get an outsidetable so another hostess had to sit us. The outside seating area was nice but it would be even nicer to be able to see thestream that is on the other side of the large stone wall while eating. There is a mineral spring inside the building of therestaurant which is cool. Read more
Atmosphere was nice, not too loud (people or music). Lots of natural light which is great, except when the sun goes down, there... are no blinds to block the light from your eyes (depending on where you?re sitting). Fried mushrooms were delicious with acrunch and juiciness inside. Chips and queso, not worth it. Our cheese dip was watery and cold (shredded cheese on top didn?tmelt). My cousin ordered a Chicken salad and said the chicken was good. I ordered the Memphis pulled pork sandwich and trufflefries. Sandwich was watery, the bottom of the bun was soggy and falling apart. The paper in the tray fell apart and I couldn?ttell if I was eating the bun or the soggy tray paper. I think it was the sandwich type. My husband ordered the hangover burgerand it was terrific. first time here, after i was done being a tourist i came here for a burger. they have many options for burgers and chicken... sandwiches. i was surprised that they didn?t have a western type of burger, you know the ones that have an onion ring on it, bbqsauce, and sometimes bacon but nonetheless. i had their signature burger and it was good & i also had the chili cheesefries?YUM! i can honestly say my food was good and the bun was good as well, it was nice not having that regular hamburger bun.
