Goodys is my favorite place to go when I visit Manistee! I try something new every time I am here and I?m never disappointed,... everything tastes delicious. The coffee was very, very good and the food was excellent. Prices are competitive with other coffee shops I've been to. Staff... was friendly and knowledgeable. It took us a while to get our food but we didn't feel it was unreasonable for the amount ofpeople that were in there. Read more
The composition of the dishes was very nice, but the execution was off. While the bread was good and the food was not greasy,... the flavor was absent. The asparagus turkey melt was missing one of its components: the honey mustard. The tuna melt tasted likea can of tuna with nothing added. It was blah. We choked it down to fill a void. The dark roast coffee didn?t seem to be darkroast. I am glad I only bought the small. It?s in a beautiful building but the building deserves better. Read more
Excellent coffee shop and lunch spot right on river street in beautiful Manistee Michigan! The staff here is incredibly friendly... and the food is very good. I don?t know why but their toast is outstanding it just tastes more delicious than regular toast.Bagels, fresh pastries, and heartier breakfast fare is all available. Historic building has a great community feel. Definetlyrecommend this place! They do close kind of early tho so watch out for that. Read more
iced coffee was bad, tastes like water and old coffee grinds. espresso was ok, shot tastes a bit burnt. breakfast wraps were... fine. not really any vegan options and they don?t have oat milk. if you?re coming from a big city keep your expectations low forcafes in the area. service was very nice Read more
Was looking for a coffee shop with good reviews and this was the first place that popped up. With over 300 reviews I decided... that this was had to be the place that I needed to go. I got my wife a hazelnut coffee and she said it was very very good! Thestaff was very friendly and the atmosphere is very nice inside! Definitely when we come back through this will be the coffeeshop we will stop at again! Read more
