Horrible experience! Went to pick up a food inside the store after 5 minutes nobody came To help me out. I decided go to the... drive true because was empty after waiting couple minutes I was told To park my car and waiting 5 minutes to my order gets ready. I parked my car and went inside again and after 15 minutes my order wasn?t ready them I asked an employee which was reallyrude why my order was taking so long since is a fast food. First he said was a line for my order (25 minutes total) and thenunit Shortage of employees (were 6 employees behind the counter) no line On drive true nobody inside the store. I told himnext time I will just waiting inside my car on drive true until my order ready he said he will call the police. What?s wrongwith those employees? If they are not happy why just stay home And give the opportunity to people who wants to work? Read more

I went here with my grandma and brother and had terrible customer service. We order on the self order screen and picked to pay... with cash, when we went up to the register they said no cash. We ended up waiting 10 minutes till they can back and said theycould take cash. We payed and it took another 30 minutes till our food came out. There weren?t even that many people waiting butthe people ho were waiting we?re having the same problem as us. Also we ordered Baja blasts and when we went to ask for themthey said the machine was broken so we had to get another drink. Won?t be coming here any time soon if this is how it?s going tobe. I'm a dasher and have been stuck in the drive thru For over an hour and now I get to the window and they said they already... handed out the order they're not making another one Matthew does not know what hes doing you have a long line it shouldn't takethis long to make some burritos and tacos. He's very unprofessional on how he runs things and he needs to be dealt with Becauseif hes a manager I'm sorry your business can go down the drain. Low quality Mexican?ish food. 40 cents short of 10 dollars for 2 sad a@# chalupas and a hard taco combo. Could get better deal,... more unprocessed food and be filled more in a real Mexican restaurant or roach coach for 10 bux. Can get at least double thegood for the price. Read more
