Amazing cakes: moist and delicious. The icing is too sweet for my taste, but to each his/her own.

Love the cakes here but customer service sucks. I came in to pick up a cake for my Aunt's birthday which I have ordered from... here for the past couple of years. I noticed when the cake came out it didn't have any of decorations that I would usually get(I probably forgot). Long story short they would not decorate it or allow me to purchase the little stick decorations becausethey were closing. I found that very disappointing since these are only stick decorations that come prepackaged and and onlyrequire that you stick them in the cake the way and or place you want it to be.. SMH.. I wished that they would have a littlemore considerate when it came to providing customer service and literally a couple of minutes more.???? This is a small bundt cake shop with the most delicious cakes. It is located in an outdoor shopping plaza in Manhattan Beach,... near Bristol Farms. The shop is always clean and decorated very cute. We always order from here for most special occasions and birthdays. Their cakes are the best in flavor and taste. Our favorites... are the Confetti, the Chocolate raspberry and when in season the Strawberry & Cream. We enjoy the signature icing is made withvelvety cream cheese & butter and love how its a perfect balance of sweetness which pairs perfectly which each flavor ofcake. For a small birthday gathering we have ordered the 10" Bundt cake and it always is enough. For our baby shower I had moreguests so we did the Tiered Bundt cakes and we love how they were decorated and wrapped ready to serve. The BUNDTINIS are alsoso fun to eat and you can get toppers for them that they sell there. I ordered 2 dozens in the variety flavor option.
