We were there roughly around 840ish pm and it was pretty busy. The lady behind the counter getting the orders was so friendly... and greeted every customer. Although it was extremely busy, her kindness and attentiveness to customers makes the waitworthwhile. Read more

Sweet Pork Barbaco is amazing and they make their own tortillas. Be careful when ordering food to go as it may not be correct.... Ordered pork tacos and received chicken tacos. Read more

It wasn't crowded when I entered the restaurant. I wasn't really happy with their service. I had a hard time hearing one of the... workers. The worker didn't even offer if I wanted sour cream or lettuce in my wet burrito so I had to request it. As soon theburrito popped out of the oven, another worker puts so little salad. I was annoyed by how much she puts in it and I hadrequested for more lettuce. Then again she put another small amount of lettuce, I was getting annoyed by her laziness and I justwanted to get out of their restaurant. If I was working there, I'd make sure I'd satisfied my customers and paying attention towhat the customer wants. This is poor service and they need serious training. I felt that if I was Hispanic or Caucasian, theywould treat me differently. Read more

My family and I went to the Rio in West Hills and were treated so kindly by all the staff. We had such a pleasant experience I... could not stop thanking the staff for the kindness and patience with us. I can?t wait to go back. The food was excellent as wellbut it was the staff that made it over the top. Please pass this on to the staff because they deserve the accolades . I couldnot stop talking about our GREAT experience. Thank you for having such wonderful working with you. Thank you thank you thank you ???? Read more

Some of your workers NEED lesson in food preparation and handling!!! They seem kinda rude and impatient too!! They dont even... know the right way to prepare flour tortillas and to keep their customer's order " warm"! I Went in to buy the 2 for .99 cents6" flour tortillas fir snack and one of the girls behind the counter just dumps it into the round foil tin pans opened and justpasses it down like they didnt care!!! They used tin pan where they usually prepare the burritos and tacos in, instead ofrolling my 2 tortillas into a foil which I thought they usually do so it can keep it warm!! And I was taking it to go too! ButWHEN a customer in front of me also ordered the same 2 flour tortillas aside from his Taco order, the person behind the counterwrapped his flour tortilla in foil and HIS order was for DINE IN!! If you are really are a Mexican descent then you should knowthe right way to keep tortillas warm by wrapping them in foil whenever customers buy it, and NOT dump it into those foil pans inopen air where it will get cold quickly by the time we pay for it!! Learn to do your jobs the right way! It doesn't take brainsurgery!!! Read more
