So much food. It's worth going. The service was very good
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Took 10 minutes to get seated. Me and my bf weren?t given forks or napkins until 30 minutes later in which we... had to ask for them. We never got our food so we left. We left 1 hour after being seated. The waitress gave us a dirty tablewhich was surrounded by sticky floors. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. It is obviously a management problem at thisrestaurant so you are better off going to a different Ihop entirely. NEVER AGAIN. Read more
Every since they opened the restaurant after quarantine, the keep hiring terrible people. Always a long wait to get greeted by... the server, food takes long and the quality isn't great anymore. The hostess needs to fix her attitude, she should know thatpart of her job is to greet customers, make them feel welcome and sit them. I would gladly take over her job cause honestly shecan't do it lol. The servers are either busy chatting or being on their phones. If you don't want to work then just stay athome and keep asking for unemployment money! Also the female servers aren't sanitary. The server I had last time, had super longnails. And I'm sure her acrylic nails aren't clean so for them to touch my food... um gross!!Manager should know this too, nailsshould be at least short length, it's common sense. But I definitely don't recommend this location and I'm not coming back. Theycharge the gratuity on the bill too so it makes sense these people don't care about bad customer service! Read more
If I could put zero stars I would. Waiters are always talking on their phone and super slow! We had to wait 10 mins to order and... then 30 mins to get our food. Then when we got the food the pancake had hair in it. And there was only another table aside fromus! Would have left no tip but they charge gratuity already, which is probably why they don?t care about the service beinggiven. Read more
Placed an order for pick up. One of the things I ordered was a seasonal fresh fruit bowl for $5.00. When I got home, they gave... me a Mott?s apple sauce cup. It?s sad when a chain like IHOP is stealing their customer?s money. Simple solution was simplyacknowledging that they don?t have the fruit and removing it from the order, instead of replacing it with a $0.50 F U. Read more
I love IHOP! I love there famous buttermilk pancakes! Service was excellent. Food was delicious! I felt welcomed to this... establishment. Kudos to the whole team for having 5-Star Service! Read more
Lovely and quiet breakfast. The place was almost empty when it was usually packed. Nice service. Food was good.
Customer service is bad my waiter name Priscilla came to me and she said what would you like? I was looking through the menu... because I'm used to IHOP showing pictures of their pancake ideas and I did not see it in the menu so she seemed annoyed andsaid you're not reading the menu and when I said oh sorry I'm used to the picture she just rolled her eyes and took my order. Idon't feel like it was only me though because I saw somebody else ask for her help and her back was turned facing me and sherolled her eyes and then turned around to reply to the other customer it's like she doesn't want to be there at all. They allare rude the pancakes was the best part I also ordered a meal (steak and broccoli) and they gave me moldy broccoli. when I toldthem the broccoli was moldy the chef tried to argue with me and said it's not moldy they just got it today. I've never seenanything like this my whole life I had to look it up online to to understand what I was looking at and a bunch of websitesconfirmed that it was fungus showing that the broccoli is getting really bad and can cause upset stomach. You can go there ifyou want to but you will get a vibe like" hey what do you want" in a rude way.
