Well if they manage to even make it right its great. But ig you drive for work like me and cant go through drive 2-3 times... getting your meal fixed i highly suggest you avoid it, they have a 100% success rate of screwing up atleast half my order. Andsince i cant just go back the food instead goes to waste. So drive through i would avoid if you can but idk if i would go insideeither because alot of the employees look like they dont care and treat you like a inconvience. Why is it that this location takes 15-20min consistently for the drive through? This isn?t something that occurs once or twice... in a blue moon. This is every time I visit the location I have to prepare for at least 20min for a drive through. As a previousfull-service restaurant manager this was our ticket time average for a full table of guests. In a sit down dining area. Read more

They are not DoorDash friendly why are they on the list. Drive thru wait time ridiculous! Lobby close they don?t even have... mobile pick up area and when you contact them managers are rude and don?t care about our dashing reviews and put blame oncustomers because they are short staffed ,I would like to see them off DoorDash. I know this Taco Bell location is under staffed but the food came out great. The service was very average the employee the... handed us our order seemed visibly upset which honestly kinda ruins the experience a little bit. The remodel/ face lift looksnice tho. The lobby is closed during the weekdays, with minimum employees working. Only ever see 2 employees when having to use the drive... thru, which can take upwards of half an hour. Whether picking up or ordering delivery it takes forever to even be helped letalone get to the speaker to place an order. It would be more efficient to shut this location down during the weekdays and usethe other locations on the other side of town. Plus the employees clearly come across as tho they don?t want to help which isunderstandable seeing as they?re clearly under staffed & being swamped by the overwhelming amount of orders to produce for thevery few employees working. Just wanted to shout out the hard working good staff at Taco Bell. I've had issues there in the past but today they got it 100%... right and were so great. As the woman was reaching out the window with my large mobile order, the bag ripped. Half the foodlanded on the ground but still in the wrappers just broken. She immediately apologized, and remade my entire order, even thefood that didn't fall out of the first bag and let me keep both. I have never had this good of service from Taco Bell and theimmediate willingness of their employees to make it right for me made my night. You guys are the best! Read more

We love Taco Bell in our household. We often order it through door dash and up until the last couple times we?ve never had... issues. First, we were missing our chips and cheese (they informed us they were out after we called. They told our dasher butthey did not tell us that) and the grilled chicken burrito had nothing in it and was just sloppy. We called the store and theguy we spoke to was very nice and said we could come back and he would remake the burrito himself. Next time we got MAYBE thesize of a silver dollar of nacho cheese sauce for the nachos and on the fiesta potatoes. They can never get an order right evenif I go to the drive thru. After reading more reviews here it?s obvious something needs to change with the service at thislocation. I get it, places are short staffed but it shouldn?t be an excuse for poor quality made food and missing many things? Read more
