Waited at the drive through for a solid 5 mins and didn?t even get a hello or even could you hold for a minute. Complete... silence. Even tried saying hello into mic. I We always get Ice every other day this last time we saw Kelly #22 take the card away from the window returned with cash stuck... cash in a black Fanny pack he had by the window then ran the card and gave us the ice the next day looked at my transactionthrough my banking app an noticed a second charge at the same time of my ice for 7 dollars something very fishy there and afraidto use the card there any more. Now I usually don't review Sonic because most all of them are the same. However, the quality of this place stood out. I ordered... my usual coney with onions and immediately could tell the difference. Fresh tasting chilli with good flavor and fresh onions.Usually it tastes like it's been sitting a few hours at other locations, but this was delicious. My razberry water wasn't justtossed together, it was mixed with the correct proportions. I am incredibly impressed with this place. I work in the area nowand will absolutely be back instead of going other places. Read more
Poor customer service. No ketchup for fries. Fries were in the bottom of the bag. The fry box had no fries in it, because it was... put in last upside down. Had to ask twice to get napkins. Had to ask twice to get a straw. I'd rather self serve if they wouldlet me to get my own lunch. Read more
