My boyfriend and I thought it would be nice to grab sonic drinks one night. I placed an order at a stall and a carhop came out.... I found that the cashier placed the wrong order. This was not caught on the screen at the stall due to the items having similarnames. The car hop then went to have the order corrected. I was disappointed. When they came back out they said the items werethe same but did not charge me the same as what I had asked for. This was quite frustrating because the item was advertised ashaving a half price discount but none was applied. When I asked about the discount, the carhop agreed it should apply, butinstead of wasting their time and making them run back inside to change the ticket I accepted the order and paid the full price.The carhop then took my $10 bill that I paid for a $4.24 order and ran off never giving me a receipt or change. I then had topush the button again to ask the cashier to send the carhop back out with my change. Then the carhop returned giving me mychange but it was not the full amount. They then also informed me the discount we had established should have been applied didnot exist. From start to finish my experience was nothing but contradicting, irritating, and straight up careless from theemployee side of things. I will not be returning. Read more

This rating is entirely based off of the interactions I have had with our carhop and team member Otto. I have gone to a lot of... Sonic restaurants over the years and I have NEVER encountered an employee like Otto at this particular one. His people skillsand professionalism are so intertwined that it it made me realize that he is a special kind of person. My wife and I haveenjoyed each of our visits to this Sonic whenever he has been involved in helping and serving us. I'm tempted to go as fa far asnaming our first born child Sonic Otto in his honor but that seems a bit extreme. In all honesty though, he should be receivingat least 2 or 3 dollars an hour more than his current pay, he is that competent and memorable. We'll be back soon! Read more
Make sure to check your food before you leave. Had to replace burgers a couple times due to order not being right but overall... they do a good job. Fast and friendly service and always ready to correct your order. UPDATE. Went tonight to get 4 plaincheeseburgers for our dogs birthday...had to order twice because Gavin only put 1 on the first order. Ordered 3 more plaincheeseburgers and Gavin again gave us fully loaded cheeseburgers....got tired of dealing with them and just to them home andscraped everything off so the dogs could have them for their birthday. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE....to put it bluntly...toomany idiots working there now who don't pay attention to orders! Read more
I go to this sonic quite often and have never really had any issues. This isn't too big of a deal but thought it should be... addressed. I came through the line tonight right around 7pm and ordered a pretzel, a large cheese tot and a small popcornchicken. All was great, except the popcorn chicken. It was half full, and literally only crumbs. I got one ACTUAL piece ofchicken. I was extremely disappointed paying $4 for crumbs. I have photos but it doesn't give me the option to post photos. My favorite tater tots is in Sonic. So much good deals today. Got our few orders in thier happy hours ordering them in the app.
The food we got was a mess, more mustard in the wrapper than on the burger. We needed 2 napkins each to rest these dried out... burgers. Well, at least the fries were cold! The employees made us feel like we were an imposition, total disregard for customerservice! Read more
