I buy from this place all the time 8 time the last 2 weeks. Now that it?s Veterans Day I go to get a Veterans Day promotion and... the day there sold out at 12:00pm and i asked if I was a paying for it if I could still get the same meal and the answer wasyes. The team didn't seem to work well with each other. No one was available to take orders in front. Hot and ready pizzas should be... exactly that. Not wait 25+ minutes. I even saw them turn down a customer cause they didn't want to make any mote product. Read more
The manager who was working on 08-20-2022 night shift was very rude and didn?t answer the phone because it was after 9pm, they... are open until 11pm. He wouldn?t let me order anything other than pizza? so no wings, breadsticks, dessert, etc. Had a very badexperience and I hope no one else has to be treated the way I was. Read more
The quality of the pizza is so inconsistent and with prices slowly rising I havent seen anything that justifies me to keep... spending my money here. The pizza is as good as it always has been but this business has just gone down the drain. They never have any food ready. They... complain about short staffing but i doubt they are honestly trying to hire or offering anything that would bring anyone in. Iordered food and they told me it would be 30 minutes so I waited and then when I went in the manager/owner got an attitude withme and it wasn't ready for an additional 40 minutes. And im not sure who the old lady is, either manager or franchise owner, butshe needs to not work at the store at ALL. She catches an attitude with customer and talks down to them. Love there pizza especially there $5 lunch deal.the only issue is the older lady that works days must always wake up on the... wrong side of the bed.Went in today no customers at the time and she makes me wait while she's making boxes .She had boxes madeup already but still make you wait .No very friendly either. You don't usually expect quality from pizza that comes at great prices, but this pizza was amazing compared to other little... Caesars locations. It tasted comparable to dominoes and was hot and delicious. The toppings weren't skimped on and the portionsize for the price can't be best.
