I got a 8" Spicy Italian, and my husband got the giant 16" version. My husband wanted a plastic knife to cut the sandwich in... half, since it wasn't cut nor offered to be cut, and the staff said no plastic cutlery was available. Our bread was a bit dry,and both sandwiches lacked any vinegar and oil flavor. On top of that, my raisin cookie was dry and crumbly. I ended up tossingout the cookie. If I could give more than five stars I would! While we have always had delicious food and prompt, friendly service at this... location, today Brandon (the manager) went above and beyond. I was trying to orchestrate a surprise lunch for my JJ's-lovinghusband and his family, who had planned to visit to celebrate a special occasion. Brandon offered to personally drive welloutside of his store's delivery area during the busy lunch hour to meet me and deliver my order! I never expected suchgenerosity and am so thankful to Brandon for his help. He is a class act! Read more
Consistently forgets pieces of my order, including chips or a cookie when food is ordered through delivery. Also consistently... forgets to add requested toppings to my sandwich. This has happened at least 4 separate times. Phone number is currently notworking and there is no way to contact the store to fix the mistake. Read more
I literally always have great and fast service until today. I ordered and quickly it let me know it was out for delivery,... however an hour later I was still waiting for anything to show up... I called the store and was rudely told to be patient andthat it was on its way. Used to be awesome, now it's 50-60 minutes before receiving my order every time and it's always due to being understaffed. The... least they could do it call to let someone know it may be a long wait as they are known for being "freaky fast". This will bethe last time I order from the Moro location. I would rather drive across town than have the "convenience" of delivery. Read more
Absolutely amazed, and not in a good way!! The staff they had working there last Saturday Night, was easily the rudest employees... I?ve ever seen in My Life!!! They were back talking customers and down right rude, I already paid for my very average sandwichor I would have left and gone elsewhere! The guy who acted like a manager with tattoos and dark hair was the rudest employeeI?ve ever encountered!! I hope ownership, not management is reading these reviews, because something is very off at thislocation. It was dirty and no pride was being taken in any aspect of their work.
