Veterans Day November 11, 2022. Manhattn Kansas. The employee wearing a KC Chiefs 87 Kelce jersey deserves a halo. Under the... pressure of a pleasantly fully packed customer waiting area, she smiled helped everyone and did everything right. Now the dudein the bad with sunglasses baking told the front worker stop the customers. She responded with, "what do you want me to do?Lock the doors? No way." A real hero in my book. Just because someone did not anticipate a large crowd of happy customers onVeterans day during their holiday. All the customers were enjoying each other's conversation, the front counter gal was happyand smiling, it was all worth the wait..and a free six pack to boot I might add. Insomnia cookies hands down blew my wife and I away with the cookies you guys have! last night was our fist time trying your... cookies and I have to say if you have not been to Insomnia cookies you are definitely missing out we went to crumble and gotdisappointed with the 3-4 cookie options they had was really sad and I usually heard good things about them so we wanted to trythem but we ended up going to the way better option in my opinion and I just wanna say thank you guys ya'll are super friendlyand made sure we felt welcomed and will definitely be coming back in the near future Read more

If you are in search of a homemade, warm, delicious and great size cookie, then Insomnia is your spot. We had a ladies day my... self and 5 others. We were craving cookies after our dinner and shopping search. The size of the regular cookies are a littlebigger than a standard cookie and the deluxe cookies are huge. You can share one of the deluxe size with a friend. The onlyreason I gave them a 3 and not a 5 is because they were out of almost every choice off cookie except chocolate chunk and whitemacadamia nut. They did not have any of the other choices available like snicker doodles, sugar, salted caramel and oatmealraisin. I also felt since they do not accept cash which is fine; however the sign should be on the entry door not when you getto the register. Overall we had a wonderful time, many options we wish were available to choose from but the cookies we did get?WERE SO FRESH AND SO GOOD! So this was my first time trying insomnia cookies. It didn?t get off to a great start but ended fantastic. I was passing through... St Louis on my way to TN and ordered delivery from this location around 8pm. At almost 9pm, still no cookies so I called thestore and they offered a refund. The manager called me the next day and apologized and not only replaced my order but doubled myorder for the trouble. Totally wasn?t their fault, it was the delivery service Uber Eats that clearly has a habit of stealingorders which is just sad at this time of year.
