I went through to use my offer on the app and was told their location ?doesn?t do it.? It didn?t say anything about it on the... app. Matter of fact, I attempted to show them and figure out why it would let me do it for a mobile order to use my offer whenthey couldn?t do it themselves by scanning. They didn?t even try to help me figure it out and brainstorm ways to make it work.Someone walked up to the window and just said to the original lady ?our store is not participating in it.? Not sure what happened at this location, but I have thrown away about 20 dollars worth of frozen coffees because it is never... made correctly anymore. Integrity isn't of importance with their products, employees do not seem to care, either. I just hadthem remake one and it's the exact same disappointment.
