Coming here is always a pleasant experience. Food is always hot and the service is always quick during my lunch time.
We went through the drive-thru on our way back from Manhattan to JC. I'm not sure what form of "BBQ sauce" was on our food but... it was disgusting and the food itself (fry's, burger, chicken fingers) all tasted bland like it was all fried together. Also,who gives gravy (we think that's what it was) as a dip for chicken fingers? We won't be back. Read more
Always enjoy a good hamburger and fries! Only possible complaint I have is that sometimes, but not all the time, it's not hot... enough for my liking. Otherwise a perfect meal. Read more
This place is always short staffed and we try to be understanding about the wait every time but they also get our order wrong... everytime (which is easy in my opinion). We never get bbq sauce and pb ends up as pbcups in the blizzard every time, even whenwe specify "pb topping or sauce". I very much dislike how this company does kid's meals. "Here's a coupon that you have toremember to bring next time, when you most likely will also be ordering a kid's meal again and get yet another coupon to keeptrack of." Read more
My husband and I sat in the drive through for 25 minutes for a mini peanut butter blizzard and a small strawberry shake. Once we... finally got our food we had to ask for straws and napkins. We never got our napkins. My husband blizzard was only vanilla icecream and my shake was like water and not cold. We ended up throwing it all away. Read more
Have been here several times in the past couple of months. The staff is nice but incompetent, as my order is almost always... wrong. This I can overlook. Finding foreign objects in my food, however, is something I can?t overlook?. On my last visit (drivethru, 8-10) I requested onions be added to the burgers I ordered, along with some ranch, both of which were missed when takingmy order. I noticed that the onions were not notated on the receipt and mentioned it to the gentleman who handed me my blizzard.The gentleman simply said "okay" and seemingly did nothing else, as the onions were still missing once I got my food. I turnedaround, parked, and went inside, informing one of the staff members of the missing items. The gentleman takes my bag and returnsit a couple of minutes later. Upon quick inspection, it appears they opened the existing burgers and added onion, which made meweary. I get home and open one of my burgers to find chunks of fat (or who knows what - see included pictures) in the middlealong with the onions. I can only assume the employees deliberately put that there in an act of spite for simply mentioningmissing items. Needless to say, I threw away all of my food, as I wasn't sure what else they could have done to my other items.The fact that such a thing can happen in the first place is outrageous, but I'm even more irate that it happened after being sopolite and respectful when mentioning the missing items. I'm still awaiting a refund and response from the restaurant while Ireview legal action/options. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND going here. *UPDATE* A store manager called me after several daysand several contact requests. They brushed off the issue, claiming that no one at their location would ever do such a thing.That means absolutely nothing to me, as it happened regardless. I love their ice creams! Especially the hot fudge sundae was super delicious. Great variety of desserts, drinks and burgers and... sandwiches! I never had crowded, feel so comfortable. I like this store because less crowded! They opened inside of the tables,I prefer to eat inside. Most of the time, they cleaned up all the tables. Feel so clean and comfortable to eat inside. I bought a large hot fudge sundae. The ice cream was super soft with minimal hot fudge. The lady at the drive thru window was... very nice. They had to change out the Dr pepper which took quite some time. She bled the line and taste tested before making mydrink. Still didn't taste right to me. Read more
