My families love Waffle House so much. The cashier and the server always really nice here. I love to eat here for a long time.... But take out have to extra charge for 20% of the order since this Monday. It?s a little be sounds crazy. I think they canincrease the price for take out order, but not for extra charge 20%. Read more
Wonderful service. Food is very good. Attitude is always very good and you're well attended to.
Our waitress was not friendly she spoke what she had to and that was it. She tried to put our utensils on a dirty table, we had... to ask her to clean the table before she did so. We put our drink order in then we waited about 15 minutes for her to bring ourdrinks, we had to ask another waitress to help us with our drinks. Our waitress Madison, started answering phones and holdingthem up to the cook's ear so that he could have a phone conversation while we were waiting for our order to be put in. Once ourfood came out we ate and waited for our check, Madison disappeared and was nowhere to be found. We then waited again for about20 more minutes ask another waitress for help and then she had to go find Madison. The restaurant was not busy and only had afew seats that were taken. Read more

My son and I went two days ago for breakfast. Waitress approached our table getting her pad and pen out as I asked my son if he... was ready to order. She interrupted and told us ?don?t rush me, be patient.? with an annoyed attitude. I told her we weren?trushing her and that I was talking with my son. She delivered my sons food and was annoyed that he was clearing an area for herto set dishes down. She approached a moment later to give us a story on why she was frustrated and said it was due to a customerdisagreement before us, the customer being an acquaintance of hers. It was quite the story. Had momma and daughter breakfast this morning. Service was great and the food was good. My daughter really liked her breakfast!
Good simple breakfast food in kindly, friendly staff and guests who follow protocols fir self seating and where wait staff also... do kitchen work along side cooks in full view of all guests. A wonderful experience at reasonable pricing! Read more
