Placed online order to pickup at drive through. When I got to ordering speaker I told associate that I placed an on line order... to be picked up at drive through. When I got to the window they had me pull forward( 40min after online order sent). Thenfinally brought out my order. Read more

I used to frequent this location until I went through drive through at 8pm (close at 10) . Ordered spicy strips ( lady in... background said tell him it will be five minutes, the lady normally at drive through window that wears glasses said they wereout). I used to stop at least once a week. Always got my turkeys from there too, but will now use another location because ofthis type attitude. The chicken at this location is 50/50 on whether it's hot or mildly warm, but the location is what probablekeeps this location open. Read more

Terrible customer service. Save yourself the frustration and go to another location. Went to pick up an online order in the... drive thru and was told that they did not have my order because someone already pick it up. Said I did not pick up the order,already had paid for it, and had the receipt in the app. Was told they could not give me my food and couldn?t refund my purchasebecause it was ordered on the app. Asked to speak with a manager and was told by the employee at the drive up that the managerwouldn?t be able to help me because I purchased on the app and my order was not there. Went inside to speak with the manager wastold by multiple employee that the manager was working and couldn?t speak with me because the manager was busy. After 20 minutesof waiting and being blankly ignored by the employees and the manager, my party and I stood at the counter blocked the lineuntil we were acknowledged. Finally spoke with the manager who didn?t apologize for not acknowledging me earlier and stated thatshe had other customers to help besides me. She stated that she couldn?t give me a refund and that my order had to have beenpicked up because they check for a person?s receipt in the app when it is picked up. Never once did she or any other employeeacknowledged that they accidentally gave my order to another customer. They never took responsibility for their mistake.Eventually she said she could not refund my order and would remake my order even though it was already picked up. My family and I had an extremely pleasant chicken transaction while visiting this location. In my experience, this was by far,... the best Popeyes location that I have ever done business with, and I have been to a lot of different Popeyes locations over theyears. First and foremost, the friendly, hard working staff and wonderful management were exemplary. All other Popeyes locationsshould watch and learn!!! The lady tending the drive through was was the sweetest and friendliest person that I have everinteracted with at any Popeyes restaurant. From start to finish, she was very patient with us. Including our four year old, whowouldn't stop talking during the entire ordering process. She was also very thorough, and repeated our order back to us multipletimes throughout the process, while also remaining calm, clear, and concise the whole time. I couldn't believe how fast ourorder came out. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, and not to mention, our order wasn't exactly small. Unbelievably,our order was 100% accurate. Absolutely everything was there, including utensils, napkins, straws and condiments. The food wasabsolutely the best Popeyes we have ever had. It was all hot, fresh, generously portioned and fantastically delicious. I trulycan't recommend this location enough. I would drive across the lake to eat at this location before going to any of the Popeyeslocations near my home on the South Shore. In my experience most South Shore Popeyes locations truly don't deserve to be open,and their ignorantly rude employees don't deserve the job that they've somehow ascertained.
