I have only been to this Pizza Hut 3 times and every time the pizza was great and I am not a big pizza eater.
Ordered a pizza, wings, and brownies for a delivery with enough time for them to bring them and so far it's still not here and... they are closed, and I called them to see what's up and no answer. And last time I ordered wings they completely forgot them. But they did make it up by crediting my next delivery so that's cool. But overall very disappointed with y'all. Read more
The food is never consistent and we always order the exact same pizzas. Last week, delicious. Last nights super supreme had very... little sauce and cheese and I specifically ask for this pizza to be cut in squares every time I order, it was not properlycut-again. The pizza went in the trash. I?m new to the area, and first order was great! Most recent? not so much. They delivered the wrong pizza and said they would... send the correct one, but that was an hour ago. And when I called to ask when they thought the pizza would get here there was noanswer. We order weekly from Pizza Hut it seems and always completely satisfied with service and product. Today, we ordered and it took... 2 hours to receive pizzas. My food is burned. The lady said that all the food looks like this. When I asked the lady for a refund she said she could not... give me a refund. I also called the corporate number to file a personal complaint. They said that she could not refuse a refund.She was professionaly rude. she also did not have on a mask. I can?t emphasize enough how beautiful this pie was. My family loves pizza and this pizza was so perfect it could of been used... for a commercial. Even the cookie was 100% spot on ! By far this was the best pizza I?ve ever had delivered ! Read more
