We placed a mobile order, pulled up to the speaker and waited several minutes. We went to the first window and no one was there.... We went to the second window and they didn't see our order. We were told the codes only have numbers, which is not true. Afterabout 5 min of debate they finally found the order we placed and paid for. They 17 year old, that had been working there for 2days was more helpful than the manager that wouldn't even come to the window to try and help with the order. I really wanted todrive away and go to another McDonald's but we had paid for the order. Read more
I placed an order on the app while I was getting gas across the street. I could see the length of the drive thru line so I... selected to pick up in store. I pulled up and saw there were curbside pickup spots but it was not an option on the app. I parkedand got out to walk inside but the door was locked. I knocked and tried to get the attention of the man inside but he ignoredme. I went back to my car and got into the drive thru lane. When I reached the speaker, I had to repeat several time that Iplaced an order on the app. At the 1st window, I had to repeat it again several times again and was also asked a few times if mycredit card went through. At the 2nd window, I again had to explain the situation. They then had to make my order of an EggMcMuffin without Canadian bacon and an orange juice. Once she had my items in the bag and was handing them to me, I confirmedagain that my sandwich didn't have pork. She told me that she saw it personally. Depending on what time you go you're either going to get great service or horrible. Evenings and nights have been fine, but... during the day it's inconsistent. You can be in one line and watch 3+ cars in the other line be served. Asked if the speaker boxwas broken and got no response to then drive off and see that it was working. The 2 pictures are one of the first mess and second or the wet sloppy mess. I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder. It was put... together so badly the cheese was half on the carton and patty hanging off the other side with a stack of pickles and a stack oftomatoes and large chunks of the side slices of the onion and some regular onion and no lettuce. While I was trying to even outthe sandwich in my car because no dine in. It fell onto the floor of the car getting dirt and even fall leaves. I called the1800# and they said to just go back and they will fix it and make it right. I returned and they asked if I had the sandwich. Ishowed her the bag and was going to take it out and she said oh no we can't take it back. She left the window and returned andasked for the sandwich that the manager wanted it to write it off of throw into the waste something along that lines. I gave itto her not thinking. She said she can take it because it was in a bag. In a bag that had been in my car and my hands. Didsomeone forget about COVID? I had to wait a few more minutes then she was handed to bag that Miss Sunshine earlier gave me astraight face silent look as she handed the bag. I went and parked to finally eat. The top right side corner was all wet. Ithought that was unusual. Then when I opened the box you could see the patty looked wet. The burger was so sloppy you would needa spoon to eat it. I feel the washed the patty and put it on another bun with lettus on it this time. When the wet on the boxdried you can see it was water because only a small spot was grease. I would not trust them. I'm already not very happy with service or the food at McDonald's and this one was no different. I stopped for breakfast and was... greeted by the manager who was not very friendly and then I got my food... what a mess! I asked for no cheese , you can see thereceipt, specifically notes no cheese, as you can see on the sandwhich there is cheese and take note as to how they loaded thefood into the bag- just terrible. I hope this was an isolated situation but I doubt it, so for that I do not recommend thisplace at all. Read more
Hard to get the order right the first time but usually fast service. However I can't believe how they don't take any effort in... making a simple cheeseburger or how they don't even give you any sauce for the bland nuggets. They are better with sauce. Can'tget a quick bite nicely without terrible service. Read more
