Ordered on the app. Waited in the parking spot for 45 minutes...went in finally...they said oh we forgot to bring it to you.
My puppy daughter loves McDonald's french fries and if I don't stop by once in awhile and pick them up she lets me know she's... upset. And I like their fries and I stop and get there fillet a fish sandwich which is good. Makes a good quick lunch for thetwo of us. Read more

Ive always had great customer service from this location until this most recent older woman you hired. She had been a problem... not once but three times now and thus most recent time being the worst. I understand her position and job may not be the best inher opinion but she has an image to uphold and standards in which shes just not meeting in my opinion. After sitting at the McDonalds drive thru at Hwy 59 & I-12 for 20 minutes with no response, myself and several other cars drove... away. I came to this McDonald's and, SURPRISE!! The lady that took my order was extremely sweet and efficient. My order wasspot on. I would give it a 5 star review, but McDonald's quality overall has taken a nose dive in recent years. Read more
Today I waited 20 minutes in line to get told "cash only"...how many people have cash? Why aren't there other options for people... who live paycheck to paycheck and LIVE on their credit cards, for the people who want a cleaner option than dirty money, for thepeople who don't carry cash? Post a sign before you waste everyone's time and give them a chance to eat somewhere else. Halfthe time they open late & close early anyways so most often a waste of time even trying to go here if you're trying to eatbefore or after work. Of course over the years this store has COMPLETELY fallen apart and it?s as if the owners don?t even care! They must live out of... state or they just don?t care what happens at their store when they?re not there because they never are when I ask to speak tothem! The managers are just as bad, as well as the employees. Despite being very specific when you order your food at thislocation, you always end up with something wrong and either you?ll have to bring it back or just stay in line until you checkyour order, which is not appropriate as Wendy?s gets it right EVERY time.
