Unfortunately a 0 star rating is not possible. This is the most poorly run McDonald's in south Louisiana. My kids (who love... McDonald's) don't even want food from this location. Orders are inaccurate very often, employees are about as friendly as acarrot, and the management staff make absolutely no effort. Save your money and drive across town to another McDonald's. As abusiness owner I know how important customer reviews are. I hope the owner of this location sees this review and makes thenecessary adjustments. Read more
I use this McDonald?s most of all my morning with me being a manager at a mechanic shop down the street. It?s convenient and... easy to stop on my way in. However, todays expirience was the worst. Tried to make 3 simple seperate orders for my co workers (2items MAX on each order) and was told to come inside. Okay it?s still early I understand as I went inside. However I put in myorders inside and waited nearly 40 min till someone finally decided to help me and hand me my first order. As I proceeded to tryto tell them I still needed to pay for 2 of my other orders but no one has came up to help me yet I was told ??we?ll that?sgonna have to wait?? instead of asking what I had ordered and tried to help me. Keep in mind the lobby wasn?t busy as it was meand another lady waiting. As I then finally got to pay for my last two orders the manager on shift this morning was rude, didn?tfulfil the rest of my orders correctly and proceeded to give me rude looks as I was just waiting for my food to get back to myco workers. As a manager myself I would atleast suspect some decency in every work place with their managers. Read more
They may have a new look on the outside of the establishment but nothing has changed on the inside. Take the icees off the menu... when you don't even have an icee machine. Are you being forced to use stale buns? Are you being forced to sell overcooked fishfillets? At least the fries ???? are still a favorite. Read more
They won't answer drivethrough orders if they don't feel like it. Went there at 10, drivethrough closed at 12. They ignored me.... Went around 3 seperate times to try to get their attention. Lazy, unprofessional. Fire your night crew, they're horrendous. Read more
Nice modern decor, several ordering stations. Separate family bathroom in addition to the regular women's and men's bathrooms.... Ample sitting area and parking. Food well prepared. Read more
This was the biggest waste of time today as I wanted to come inside and be able to order w/ and human being. However due to the... new machine, I believe it?s called the kiosk, The employees no one longer acknowledge that you were looking to place an order.Simply put I realize a kiosk will never call in sick but customer service is extremely important so when you?re not able to saygood morning would you like some french fries with that. I went in for paperwork for my son, everyone was very helpful & I had to wait for a few to speak with a manager but while... waiting I ordered a fry with no salt , who doesn?t just love ???? McDonald?s FRESH HOT FRIES ????? I do ! They were yummie ! Thestore was very clean . Read more
I came here for the Mcrib while it was still available. Sandwich was absolutely delicious, and I got fresh cooked french fries... so they were good. Employees were nice, and all was well. I don't go there often, but will go back from time to time. I reallylove ordering through the app as it makes things quicker and easier. Read more
