I have been in line for 11 minutes. There is no one in front of me. Out of all 5 people working here not ONE even looked up to... acknowledge myself or my daughter. When I asked when the owner would be available the rude employee making the snowballs rudelysaid ? I don?t know?, and when I said no one even acknowledged us yet she said ?We are really busy?!! How absolutely rude. Amale employee finally told me the owner Jeff would be available this evening. This established will never get a penny of mymoney or my business ever again. We hope their natural flavors will finally be restocked but it isn't their fault. The ice is smooth and they syrup is always the... exact right amount. The ice cream is out of this world. Homemade amazing goodness. I don't typically like ice cream but usuallyend up getting some. My kids ALWATYS get the ice cream. Read more
