Reviews for El Paso Mexican Grill - Mandeville in Mandeville, LA
Friendly staff, usually live music Friday nights, the best margaritas in town. It is slight more expensive than their... competitors but I?d rather quality over quantity. Read more

My daughter and I come here about once a month. We came in today for lunch and both ordered the chicken fajitas. My daughter ate... 3 bites of her fajita and found a long piece of hair in her chicken. Needless to say I lost my appetite as did my daughter. Iasked the waitress to please get the manager. He came right over, he wanted to see the food with the hair in it and we showed itto him, he then apologized and took off the cost of my daughters fajitas. We left the food there and I still tipped. Thinkingabout it now, I feel like he should have taken off both of our orders of chicken fajitas bc I couldn?t eat mine after knowing mydaughter had a piece of an employee?s hair in her mouth. It?s just disgusting. We will not be back here again. Very verydisappointed. Read more
The fish, Pescado a la Mexicana, was fresh. I would recommend it for - value (qty) && - quality (catch) Overall a solid dish.
Does not show drink prices on menu? charge 27 bucks for one drink?atmosphere on a Saturday was dead nobody at bar. Definitely... not a place to be. Don?t go ! Go to Chili?s you?ll be better off. Read more
Great food. Excellent service. Easy parking. Outdoor seating is available. As with everything else, prices have increased a... little but still a good value for your money. Will definitely return. Read more
Shrimp tacos - $5.50 each and only 2-3 shrimps torn in pieces. My 2nd bad experience here in 3 months. Visited El Paso's... restaurant today about 1:35pm with a girlfriend and my son. We got the new waitress who had only been there 2 days. She washorrible!!! She couldn't answer any of our questions. We went for Taco Tuesday and immediately asked for the prices andspecials but kept getting, "I don't know. I'll ask" from the waitress. When she'd return to the table we had to remind herrepeatedly of our previous requests. She disappeared for long intervals so I had to get up to look for her to get chips andwater which we asked for but didnt receive. I was choking and didnt have a glass of water to catch my breath. I had to wavedown another waitress who came to the table with her mouth full of food. Our waitress never gave us the prices of our tacos ordrinks even though we asked repeatedly. When we did get a price after asking several times we were told they were $2. Later shereturned to the table to ask if we wanted American or Mecian tacos. We didnt know the difference. We just asked for chicken, and pork tacos; soft for us and crunchy for my son. She didnt bring our individual salsas containers after we asked twice. Wehad to request to-go boxes for our tacos. She brought my son a giant adult glass of tea instead of a small kids cup. When shedid come to the table she wanted to remove the food we were still eating but was no where to be found when we actually neededher or to answer our questions. When we asked her when was happy hour she said it started at 3pm so we asked how much were 2house margaritas now. We never got a response but 10 minutes later giant margaritas came to the table by a male bartender orwaiter. We assumed they couldn't be more than $6-$7 each but when the bill came one was $10+ and the other $13+ for margaritason the rocks. She couldn't explain the bill so she sent a Hispanic man, maybe a manager who didnt Read more
The blonde young girl was HORRIBLE. She NEVER came but one time we had to get someone from the front to take our order, get a... cup of ice during our meal and we had to get up to go pay because she never came but then argued with me about getting up topay. The tea was horrible it was all around not a great experience. The waitress did me in to never go back. Read more
