Had heard abt this chain from someone who knew founder. I am a chicken salad fan Lots of variety of salads ,I had a soup&salad... combo. Artichoke & spinach/chicken soup was great. Went to the Hwy 22 location in Mandeville for lunch today 09/09/22. Only my second time. Didn't know what I was ordering,... thought the trio meant you got 3 scoops of chicken salad. Wrong! My bill was $18. I told the manager I was sorry, I didn't knowwhat I was ordering but wasn't trying to spend $18 on lunch today. She was so awesome! I really enjoyed the food here. I got the BLT with the ?Fancy Nancy? chicken salad on it with a cup of soup. Everything was... fresh and just tasted really good. Additionally, the cleanliness in the restaurant was immaculate. Everywhere was super cleanfrom the kitchen to the dining area to the restrooms. The price was reasonable and it had a really good friendly atmosphere. Itwas a nice change from typical fast food, nothing greasy, just good clean tasty food. I will certainly be making this a regularstop and recommend you do the same. I saw some of the less favorable reviews. I didn?t get just a scoop of the chicken salad soI can?t comment on what that would taste like, but I can tell you that on the sandwich it was fabulous.
