I wanted to try this place out me and a friend. I wanted a veal Parmesan hero and my friend was getting a chicken cutlet... Parmesan hero. I asked him could you put a little extra cheese on the veal Parmesan hero he looked me right in the eyes and saidoh you don?t wanna pay for extra cheese I said to him boy you didn?t have to say that of course I would pay for extra cheese. Hesaid to me the way I said it was like I didn?t wanna pay for the cheese. I didn?t know there was a correct way to say can youadd extra cheese like that really makes a difference Very rude and obnoxious thing to say to maybe a future customer I willnever go there again. Had the worst experience ordering take-out from Cafe Napoli. Have been going to this restaurant for years and ordered take-out... tonight. We ordered a large plain pie and six dinners. The person taking the order even read it back correctly, but when I gotthere, to my surprise, there were only five dinners and no pizza. I explained that they were missing one dinner and the pizza.Perhaps the most distressing aspect is the person behind the counter was rude. He acted like it was our fault, when obviously itwas theirs. The real insult came when he didn't even apologize. Had he apologized I would have chalked it up to a busy night anda mistake, but his rude attitude and failure to even apologize shows terrible customer service. SHAME ON CAFE NAPOLI FOR BEINGMISERABLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can't even give them 1 Star. Read more
First time ordering pizza at this restaurant, I had pepperoni delicious but a little oily next time I will order a regular... pizza. But it was the best I?ve had since leaving North Jersey they have the best and I have tried lots of pizza. This will bemy go to spot. Read more
Ordered Buffalo chicken pizza, they gave me a reg pie with some chicken tossed in Buffalo sauce lol and it tasted old, what a... joke, don?t try to use old pizza and doctor it up, we paid good money, and the mozz sticks were soggy, hard to find good food inthe area but you guys aren?t helping, no longer will be wasting my money here. While out shopping and running errands stopped here for 2 quick slices of pizza. 1 Sausage and 1 Pepperoni. They were reheated... for short period of time and came out piping hot. I enjoy a well heated slice versus Luke warm. Both were delicious!!! Crispythin crust, good sauce, cheese and meat toppings!!!
