VERY QUICK!! AND the food order was fresh and CORRECT!! ???? Used drive thru
Stopped by at 9:15 PM on 10-14-22. After a 1 minute delay, a young females voice comes over the speaker at the drive thru and... shouts at me "we're out of food" and then starts laughing with whomever it was that was standing with her. I say "excuse me" andshe asks me to go ahead and order while still laughing. I end up leaving because I believe that if the manager is allowinghis/her employees to act like children while dealing with their customers, they are more than likely not supervising them whilethey prepare my food. What is happening with this place? It's almost as if the people running this place are trying to get itshut down. I'm so disappointed. Read more
Most of everyone is rude, but maybe 2 people and it's rare I get them lol! They tend to try and rush you through drive through... at night even there is no traffic in the drive thru... This spot is really a last resort for food at night, bectheyre open 24/7. Read more
Drive thru order. Food was good. Asked for unsweetened tea, got sweet tea. The Coke syrup mix was off, tasted a little watery.... We were on the road by the time I tasted it. Read more
Thursday, June 2 my boss and I wanted some cheeseburgers for lunch. She orders hers mayo, onions and cheese. I told her I... would get the same. She goes to the drive thru in Manchester and comes back with the food. We both start eating the first oneand I said "these are good, but I thought you ordered them with cheese"? She calls and explains the situation to Robert. Roberttold her he would make us more the right way at no charge and bring them to us. We work very close to Krystals. She told himhe didn't have to do that, but he insisted. Not even 10 minutes later Robert was walking thru the door with our right order. Told us to keep the others and enjoy. Krystal is a good consideration of you're road tripping and want something not overly greasy. Seems like it would be like White... Castle, but the menu is not overly complicated nor does it get too overboard with new items. Service is nice and they bring thefood to your table. Bonus. Read more
I have been to my share of Krystal restaurants over the years and this is by far the cleanest I have ever been in... actually... this may be the cleanest fast food restaurant that I have ever seen. We walked in to the restaurant, while an employee wascleaning the door windows, there was no trash on the floor, all the tables were clean with the chairs pushed up. A vase offlowers was positioned in the center of each table. The drink and condiment station was clean and well stocked. The bathroomswere just as clean as the rest of the restaurant... We were greeted at the front counter by an extremely nice employee who tookour order and another equally pleasant employee brought it out to us once it was ready. While we ordered we were able to lookinto the kitchen and noticed it was as clean as the rest of the restaurant. The food was hot and tasted great. As we wereleaving, we noticed that even the parking lot was clean, no trash anywhere and it looked like it had just been swept. I have noidea who is managing this Krystal, but you and your employees are doing an extremely great job. Keep up the great work. In myopinion this Krystal sets the bar very high. We visited this Krystal last year when we took our son to UTC, it was as cleanthen as it is now. It is also nice to see that the food quality is just as good today as it was then. Burgers are still the same as always....good for a snack..we went through the drive through.
