Service was a great attempt... wings super salty, never had a margarita with a pineapple hint... not what I asked for, salad... served in hot plate so it wilted, asked for water, it showed after asking a 3rd time. Order a drink and it showed up afteralmost done with meal, not sure I would go back, but maybe it was a day off for everything to align... The server and managerwere helpful and replaced the salad with fries. Not exactly the healthiest choice but had to eat something... good people though????. Read more
Everything was absolutely AMAZING! The food, service, and atmosphere! Kaden and T Bush (Tiffany) made our experience worth... while! Checking to make sure everything was fresh and if we were satisfied. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and verytasty! We were blown away, just moved from Florida and would recommend Jefferson?s to ANY AND EVERYONE! Read more

Third time I go to Jefferson?s and the first impression is still the same, terrible service, takes a long time for them to do... anything; let me elaborate. We got there and sign says ?Please wait to be seated? waited for about 5 min before anyone wouldaknowledge us, mind you it was not full or busy and plenty of servers. Got seated, and it took about 12 min for someone to comeand get our order of drinks, to which at that point we already decided what to eat. I ordered the Guacamole Chicken sandwich, ittook another 25 min for the food to arrive. People who came way after us got their food first. When my sandwich got there, whichfrom the picture you can see, there was barely any guacamole in the sandwich and fries were cold, not a single time the servercame and asked if we needed a refill on drinks, which we did. I know is a sit down restaurant and not fast food, but theydefinitely could do better!! Not coming back here even if they offer free food! Read more
Came in here a dozen years ago when it was under a different name and it was awesome then. Came in this afternoon. Was seated... right away, and Megan promptly waited on me . She was spot on. Friendly, and just a we bit of chat. Just what a customer wantsin a waitress. Ordered fifteen wings, fries, and iced tea. Food came out fast. Caribbean jerk and Mango Habanero. Wings werevery good. Could have been a little spicier for my taste, but we're still pretty good. Fries were a disappointment consideringthey charge $1.49 extra. They were the frozen crinkle cuts that I like, but we're only like warm. Probably should have saidsomething, but ate most of them anyway. Iced tea was very good. All in all, it was pretty good, except for the bill. I knowwings are expensive nowadays, but $27.95 is pretty spendy for what I had. Read more

I wanted oysters... but because of the storm they were out (recent hurricane) the ultimate loaded cheese fries... wow were they... awesome. Filled me up too. Really nice restaurant . Wish i could have eaten more to give more of a review but wasn?t all thathungry. Really nicely decorated. Loved the theme. Wonderful service. Absolutely would recommend and would love to visit again. Waited 15 minutes to be seated despite multiple empty table. Obviously understaffed. Seated us in the Bar area with our son.... Food arrived 50 minutes after we were seated. Timed it. Food was Luke warm. Tasted great but my black and Bleu burger was verysmall. Ordered and alcoholic beverage on arrival and finally arrived mid meal! Music bingo was not fun and the DJ was very notgood. Spent $80 plus tip for 3 people. Have no plans to eat at Jeffersons in the future. Much better places to eat. Read more
