This was my first time going to a Bojangles, and I was definitely not impressed. It took several minutes to be acknowledged at... the drive-thru speaker. In fact, I had to call them as I was sitting there to see if they were even open. Then, the fewteenagers who were working were laughing incessantly while I tried to order, as well as at the pick-up window. I had ordered achicken and biscuit sandwich, and I heard the kid making it ask another kid how he was supposed to split the biscuit in half. I watched him through the window as he tried to tear it with his fingers, but the biscuit crumbled and he had to throwit away. It took a couple minutes before he found a butter knife/spreader that he "cut" another with. When I finally got my sandwich, the biscuit was rock hard and just broke apart in chunks. The chicken was slightly warmer than room temperature, but it didhave good flavor. Read more
Chicken texture is great. But there was no seasoning. Not even the grease. Bland. Same with biscuit. The mashed potatoes and... gravy had flavor. The restaurant was clean. The staff is very, very nice. Read more
First visit I asked for a certain type of dipping sauce for my chicken meal they advertised. They charged me 27 cents for it... even though there was no sauce in the box, they still charged me for it. After I received my meal, they did not put it in thebox! My 2nd visit I asked for regular BBQ sauce. On their window it stated that they charge for any extra sauce(s) for chickenmeals. They charged me 27 cents and never put it in the box. Were Out of medium&large cups. My fries tasted as if they warmed in the microwave. Definitely werent edible. However, the... chicken biscuit was awesome. Customer service was great as well. Read more
Love stopping Here on my trips from Indiana to South Florida. Great Chicken, and love the dirty rice, only wish their biscuits... were more like Popeyes. That's ok. Great service and super clean restrooms at my recent visit. Read more
Horrible service, woman at the drive-thru was rude. You could tell they were irritated that people were still coming through at... night. I got there at 9:02 p.m. ( does the restaurant does not close till 10:00) it is now 9:26 p.m. and I am STILL waitingoutside for my food. The doors are locked so I cant get in I have already paid for my order and I'm still waiting on it. I onlyordered two sandwiches and a biscuit. Super disappointed Read more
This is my first time eating at a Bojangles and I have to say it was amazing. Our server was really sweet. The packed and... brought our food very quickly. I ate the 5-piece combo and my wife the wing and thigh. The dark meat was very moist and wellbreaded and fried. The fries were very crispy and flavourful. They are known for their butter biscuits and for a good reason.They taste great and they are very moist. All in all I love this place and recommend it. The only thing I was not a big fan ofwas the Pepsi products. I wish they had coke. Read more
Stopped here on Thanksgiving for breakfast on the way to Atlanta. Employees were pleasant and prepared THE BEST BOJANGLES I HAVE... EVER HAD..PERIOD! If not one of the best fast food meals I've ever had. The biscuits were perfect... light and golden brown.The chicken was hot and breaded just right. Bo-Berry biscuits were warm with the an adequate amount of icing exquisitely pouredover them. They included a fork which gets left out more often than you would imagine for requiring meals at various fast foodstops. Good thing Wendy's was closed. No way they would have out performed the service and quality of food. Forgot to mentionthat there was a decent line backed up to the street and the employees handled like pros! Whoever owns this Bojangles needs toapplaud the staff that worked Thanksgiving morning 2021. They total were rock stars! Read more
