This afternoon we ordered ice cream. I stayed in the car. My ice cream had chunks of ice in it. Some thing I noticed sitting in... the car was one of the gentlemen was eating numerous of samples while helping customers. Quite disturbing. I?m writing this review while still eating my ice-cream at this Baskin Robbin place. I have two $2 coupons and when they scanned... it they said they weren?t able to scan it as system not allowing it and they gave me around $1.5 discount which I was fine withit. One of the worker told me he will contact the manager and ask him about the 2 coupons I have and maybe it will work. Aftertalking with the manager he came back saying sorry those 2 coupons cannot be redeemed here and I said that?s fine. When when Itry to pay the bill, he removed the (around) $1.5 discount that applied and I told him why he did that. He said sorry he can?tapply any sort of discount as manager is telling no. I was like is what the heck? I?m not mad because he didn?t gave me $1.5discount but refusing to give the discount after telling me he will give me in the first place. So unprofessional. This was the absolute last time trying this place. I loved this place for years getting a mocha however the last couple years... the night shift is just not polite and horrible. Today I ordered a snickers sundae that cost 7 dollars and tasted horrible. Theice cream had chunks of ice in it to where I threw it out!! Never again!! Read more
RUDE!! It appears to be the manager & I hate to say it butI believe racism was involved. She acted really annoyed with us as we... were deciding. But the people after us she smiled & was sweet as pie & even the next clients she greeted & asked about theirday. I don?t understand why she was so rude which leads me to the race card. Her tone was curt & she scowled at us. The nextfolks stepped up & she instantly smiled & was so polite. Everyone else was white, we are a biracial pair. I am a very friendlyperson, I was polite & I cannot think of any other reason she acted this way. Very sad Read more
It?s Baskin Robbins ice cream, you gotta love it. I love it. BUT waiting for 15min for the 3 young ladies to talk on the phone... and ?stand-around? before someone finally taking my order is a bit ridiculous. That the reason I gave only 3 stars. Serviceneeds a lot of work. Read more
We haven't had Baskin Robbins in 20 years and we wanted to try it again... Unfortunately, upon entering the store it was about... 80 degrees and the doors to the ice cream were open!!! My husband began reminiscing and I began to panic as every single tub ofice cream was like soup! I whispered to him "is it frozen"? He said to ask. So I asked the very inexperienced staff if theice cream was frozen because the doors were open and it looks melted, like soup. The young gal literally said "some is and someisn't... Like we don't have control of the temperature"! Then you should close the doors to this place ... Absolutely horribleexperience. (DO NOT EAT HERE)The manager who works there name Samantha gave me one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.... The store is managed very unwell and most of the reviews are not pleasing at all to read. The way she treated her customers withrude behavior and bad attitude, I would suggest to never come here.
