Hate to do this? Don?t take this as a bad review, but constructive criticism? my first thought was wow this is a joke, the kids... on the dining floor need trained and mentored on how to act with Guest, also how to serve a cone thats not sloppy, we?re easyand just smile but they need guided and trained? tables were clean but the floor was filthy, the potential this place has isgreat so I really hope they can continue to grow, ice cream is great, food is decent, prices are average? but if you don?t havepeople skills?it drags the place down Read more
Great ice cream. Went during an obvious rush hour and kudos to the staff. They were obviously stressed and exhausted but they... still put in an effort to smile and be polite. Pretzel cones are on point! Edit (in case it sounded like i was complainingabout the staff seeming stressed): the staff here is awesome! Particular thanks to all the kids working here and doing theirbest even when the lines are long and the people are cranky lol You guys are all awesome. If you want ice cream I recommend you go there. It is great ice cream and the employees are super nice and careful when they get... your ice cream. They have very clean bathrooms, but the only problem is not muck seating for all the people. Some just sitoutside. Read more
What a gem! One of the best ice cream shops we've visited. I highly recommend their hot fudge sundae.
