So I went to the Wendy?s on South Willow tonight for dinner. Spent $20 only to come home and find two pieces of black curly hair... in my baconator fries! The guy Bruce who was making the fries? black curly hair? no hair net, no cap ! The woman at the counterwas wonderful always very nice when we go in. She?s trying to empty garbage barrels and had to stop because two employees at thecounter who literally just walked away when she asked for them to take my order ????music blaring so loud that no one could hearher ask for anything! Last week i came here to eat in the restaurant. Went to the restroom and there was a cockroach in the stall. I left without... ordering food. The whole floor was slippery with grease. I'm only giving it two stars because the food is good. That's the only upside. The downsides are plentiful. The service is so... slow that I've waited upwards of 5 minutes and moved forward once. It's not uncommon for traffic to be backed up onto drivingpark road as a result. You can't even go in to avoid the wait because the dining area is always closed. Despite how slowly theygo, as well, messed up orders are not uncommon. I've had to complain multiple times because I've been missing things that Iordered and was charged for. Love this Wendy's. Staff always seems happy and is very helpful and friendly. Food is always hot and tasty. I recently tried... the breakfast croissant and would recommend. The unique square shape is a perfect size so you don't get mouthfuls of just bread.I typically get it with a side of apples or strawberries and sub out the Swiss sauce for American cheese. It is a perfect way tostart the day and the price is very reasonable. Read more
Wow one of the worst experience ever. 14 min in drive thru girl taking order rude. Ask for sandwiche plain add lettuce. ... Well that's not plain. Asked why charged extra dollar for pretzel bun guy first window acted stoned girl took order at secondwindow. Nice trailer park tattoo.
