Ordered 2 #1 combos and drove off. Went to eat it and one was something with bacon. I think it was a pub burger and the other... looked like something with curdled cheese on it. Threw it out. Husband thinks it was an Asiago burger. Never ordered one sodon't know. Regardless hope the guy that got my burgers enjoyed them. It will be awhile before we go back... Read more
It appears 2nd St Wendy's is planning to bring back the little old lady from the TV commercials. We ordered Wendy's 1 baked... potato 3 fries 1 baconator 2 single cheeseburgers and 2 frosties. When they arrivied everything was fine except 2 missing fries.Then my wife opened her burger and the only there was ketchup WHERES THE BEEF!!!!! Placed a mobile order for carryout and realized the dining room was closed with no signs or anything. Went through the drive... through to pick my order up and then realized my chicken sandwich was missing lettuce and ranch which I ordered. Went backaround the drive through and tried to explain this to a woman over the speaker, and all I could hear was another employee whowas working at the window yelling rudely about my order in the background so that the woman couldn?t even understand me. I driveup to the window and re-explained the situation to the guy, who said ?Oh no you?re missing lettuce and ranch? Tell it to yourtherapist!? And slammed the window closed before I could say anything. I was very polite the whole time and don?t understand theattitude, but it was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Wish I got the guys name. This Wendy's has the worst set up for drive-thru. Vehicles come in the parking lot the wrong way making it so people in the... actual drive thru lane, whom came in the legal way, have to wait until the entire "illegal line is gone". It is mostly alwayspacked, although the food is good its a pain to get it. Read more
I like going to this Wendy's because even though there might be a line in the drive thru, they really don't keep you waiting too... long in line. I never really have any problems when I order or the quality of the food. Read more
