Reviews for Waterworks Cafe in Manchester, NH
At a time when many local restaurants are going downhill, Waterworks Cafe keeps cranking the standards upwards. Visit and... experience it for yourself. To illustrate: 1. Never have I been disappointed with the food. This is my local favorite forsandwiches, so lunchtime is generally when I visit. But the breakfast, options, particularly the flavorful omelettes, are alsoexcellent. 2. The aesthetic of a renovated mill combines a spacious dining area with a sense of comfortable intimacy. Thisrestaurant is usually quiet making it perfect for any kind of gathering. The only downside to the location is the usualdifficulty of finding parking, but this should be expected in the Millyard anyway. 3. Staff are wonderful and are ready to goout of their way to help you. This place seems to have a very positive culture. Read more
Stayed here for about 6 hours on a Thursday as my remote work spot - very nice staff and diverse menu. Coffee is solid and so is... the food! Got an almond joy type latte, with many other flavors to choose from. Definitely want to come back and try more, butgot the Thai lettuce wraps for lunch and would recommend. Read more
Coffee was 10/10 and so was my meal. I got the seared salmon on a bed of sweet potatoes, peppers and spinach. It was devine.
Extremely great food. The chef here knows how to pull out amazing flavors from the food. Great combination of ingredients, great... presentation and overall some of the best food I have ever eaten This place seems to be extremely popular which makes a lot ofsense. Read more

My mom and dad took my daughter and I out for breakfast for my birthday. I've been looking to try different places instead of... going to the same old same old and this place had a quirky name and a varied menu. As you can see from the outdoor shot, thestaircase is what is known as a welcome staircase which is a southern architectural design feature meant to welcome travelerscoming from anywhere. I had to take a picture of the entryway which features a rabbit who greets you at the door. The industrialdesign of the interior harkens back to when this was the functioning Waumbec Mill. The old wood has a new life as the beautifulgolden oak interior which is warm and homey. My daughter and I both got the California breakfast sandwich, my mom got the Denveromelet and my dad got The Waterworks. The staff is very friendly and even gave us a comedy show while we were waiting for ourfood. It is a very friendly, welcoming, down to earth, family environment which I would highly recommend. The food wasdelicious, hot, and filling. My daughter and I ended up taking home half of our sandwiches to enjoy later. Do yourself a favorand check this place out, but be mindful, they are only open for breakfast and lunch. There is also a handicapped entrance onthe side as the entry to the actual Cafe is around the back with plenty of parking. Read more
