Ok. Not easy to find a nice lunch spot in Manch but this cozy little restaurant is churning mixed american with international... twist menu items that are well prepared, presented and delivered to go or in house. There is small private room for 20 to 30people, dining room with bar height four tops and booths that could accommodate a lunch rush of 50. The out out of the waylocation makes this a little bit of a hidden gem but there is enough parking to accommodate patrons even if my posts bring themin by the droves. All in all a nice spot for casual or business breakfast/lunch Read more

The Unity Cafe provided me with a flavorable breakfast. Not your standard omelette, home fries and toast but a wonder blend of... meat and veggies called the Caveman omelette. The home fries were seasoned and hot and toast of good quality. I would recommendthem for breakfast. Just off Queen City Ave in Manchester. ???????????? Read more

Went here for breakfast and it was pretty empty. This is a nice cozy restaurant that sits in the middle of the Sundial Center.... The food was quite affordable considering current prices for even fast food in the area, and it was definitely great tasting!I?ve also tried some of their lunch specials which were also equally good! The person working at the counter was extremelycourteous and food came out pretty quickly. As a resident next door to this restaurant, will definitely come again in thefuture. Read more

Over priced "out of the bag" food usually cooked poorly or not even at all. They have seating for well over 50 people but only... staff 2 at the counter who also serve phone calls/waiting/etc.. very poorly managed. In the recent months it has been going downhill even more. Tons of potential in this location but it's owned by Tidewater (same as Waterworks) which has no interest inmaintaining a decent staff of competent people. You can get better quality food at the Hospital across the street for a quarterof the price. Read more

Nice place. Different dishes healthy food and drink. Not easy to get to and the staff has ZERO personality!!! Very hum drum... attitude at front counter where you order then they bring it to your table. Dinning area is nice. I had a tasty breakfast wrapwith lots of veggies and eggs cooked perfect! Mrs Barbarian had oatmeal with fresh fruit oh and fresh fruit with my wrap aswell. We recommend it. Read more

So far Unity cafe is my favorite of all the Tidewater conglomerate. Food is good, good portions and friendly staff. Bayona... was my favorite until I visited Unity. Read more
