I have to post-never did a review before. We could not believe the absolute terrible service-or no service. We walked in... plenty of empty tables we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. That should have been our first clue. Sat at table for about 7minutes waitress finally comes over-ordered 1 soda and 1 draft beer--waited 10 minutes for her to return with drinks. Weordered nachos-they did came out in decent amount of time. When nachos arrived we ordered two burgers-medium-well --they cameout 30 minutes later---very long time. One of the burgers was undercooked---we asked to please throw it on the grill and tocook a little longer---we sat and waited for 30 minutes--the awful waitress must have gone and hid somewhere--she did notsurface again--we could not find her--finally I saw a man asked if he was the manager-he said "one of them" he said let me findout what is going on---he left for 15 minutes---finally the missing waitress shows up--very odd behavior and said "sorry I wastrying to get your burger heated up" What???? you disappeared for 30 minutes and never came back to us--we had to ask anotherwaitress for drink refills.. The manager finally showed up and came out with a the meal in a take away package---offered us arefund on all the food and charged us for our drinks--- This waitress should not work for this place-she was the reason for thismess. Firstly, the atmosphere is great. A great place to relax with friends or family. As a visitor from NY I was shocked to see how... large the portions were and I was happy. I got extra just to take to where I?m staying nearby. Our server, Connor was excellentas well. Checked in on us just enough to make sure we had what we needed and were happy. I would recommend this spot to anyonein the area and would come back again on my next trip to the state. Read more
My bartender was fantastic and suggested a sample glass before I bought a glass of beer which was nice. I?m sorry I don?t... remember to your name. Thanks for checking up on me and getting me everything I need. I ordered the fish and chips and it wasactually good but the reason I didn?t give a five star is because the outer fries came to me cool/warm. It didn?t taste freshbecause a majority of it was soggy. Overall good experience. Went for lunch. Arrived about 11:45. Our friend had already gotten a table. Several tables occupied... around dining area. Only a couple of patrons visible at the bar. Had to wait for a box and the check. That was the biggestservice drawback. I really enjoyed the hangover burger. Cheeseburger sliders - 3 in an order. Not really sufficient for ameal.
