They don?t pay their employees what they promise them for one. Had a huge walkout at the beginning of May because they were... stealing tips from their employees. They also are incredibly unsanitary and none of the food is fresh. First time at The Smoothie Bus. Before coming in I had heard great things about the actual smoothies and those proved to be... true. The smoothie bowls themselves were good but I must say our overall experience was not as good. It took a very long time toget our order 20+ minutes of waiting. The staff was very rude to one another and took care of their own order for a break beforeeven finishing ours or the group of people before us, who ended up just leaving without getting their full order. The dynamicwith one another seems very awful and uncomfortable to your customers. Hope this can improve over time (starting withmanagement). There is a lot of potential if they can become a team and change their attitudes towards one another, theircustomers, and their jobs overall. Read more

A Smoothie Bus is now hidden inside the black tower plaza on Elm Street. I've visited twice and both times the staff has been... friendly and helpful in picking out my smoothie. They have over 40 options and both of mine were tasty enough that my even mykids would love them. V Read more

(FYI-located inside of the Hampshire Plaza) Love, love, love this place! They have a great assortment of... nutritiously-deliciously smoothies & bowls. Also you can order ahead and/or deliver with food service apps such as Doordash,however they do close early at 4:30 pm. Read more
